The CHEM gear pump series was developed especially for the requirements of the chemical industry. The series is used for pumping and transferring low to medium viscosity media. The CHEM series is extremely flexible in its design and areas of application. Chemical pump with electrical temperature control. The CHEM series is designed to be easy to maintain. Separate pump covers allow a quick inspection of the inner workings from both sides of the pump. To adjust the axial clearance we use shims which can be varied according to process parameters. Chemical pumps of the CHEM series are offered as standard versions with components made of stainless steel or as special versions with coated or ceramic materials. To bring or maintain the pump at process temperature, two temperature control variants can be used, electric and hydraulic.

Chemical pumps of the CHEM series are used as a modified version as submersible pumps for emptying drums and containers. For example, chemicals such as liquid sulphur are pumped at temperatures up to 150 °C. The series is well suited to transfer low-viscosity media at relatively high pressures. — For viscosities up to 1.000.000 mPas — Temperatures up to 500 °C as special version — Differential pressures up to 120 bar — Suction pressures from vacuum to 15 bar Submersible suspension pumps are designed in such a way that the pumps are submerged in the container with the medium and the medium is sucked in via the flangeless suction side. The medium then enters the process from the tank via a pipe from the discharge side. Submersible suspension pumps are often made of special or stainless steels. A special feature of these pumps, as a rule no additional seals are required on the pump. Only the tank is sealed towards the atmosphere.

Pumping equipment is extremely diverse, varying in type, size, and materials of construction. Classifications and Types: Pumps may be classified on the basis of the applications they serve, the materials from which they are constructed, the liquids they handle, and even their orientation in space. Refra manufactures pump stations for waterloop systems with the cooling capacity from 30 kw to 250 kW. These systems produce distributed cooling at different temperatures with a single condensing water loop. Together with Refra pump stations, the system creates a fully integrated refrigeration technology that eliminates the need for complex refrigeration systems and greatly simplifies installation work. Built on a super slim assembled galvanized steel frame with powder coating. Standard selection includes single or dual pump with inverter, glycol tank with filling pump, shut-off valves, control board with controller and necessary control sensors as well as a three-way valve, manometers and a coarse cleaning filter. Extra features, such as emergency heat exchanger with full controls or bubble filter separator can be combined. An additional heat recovery pump can also be added to extract maximum efficiency from the system.

Combining the pump station with all kinds of water cleansing filters results in a natural cooling solution with extremely pure water. Assembled in a special walk-in container, this unit be placed outdoors – right next to the building, resulting in reduced installation costs and easy unit maintenance. Additional options, such as illumination, ventilation and heating can be integrated inside the container to make the service of the unit even more convenient. Container size ranges from 2,4 meters to 13 meters in length and can be insulated with polyurethane foam or 50 mm rock wool material for a super silent unit operation.

Synlube DU is a HFDU type fire resistant hydraulic liquid based on synthetic esters with a range of highly effective additives. It is used in oil hydraulic systems in which the working liquid can be heated above 70 °C and oil ignition in an emergency is possible.

Synquench 100 is a non-flammable polymer quenching liquid with a reverse solubility. It is an water solution of a liquid organic polymer and anti-corrosion additives, diluted to a working concentration. Used for heat treatment of both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. In heat treatment of ferrous metals Synquench 100 can be successfully used for induction and flame hardening of various details, providing uniform hardening, eliminating the high residual stress that is typical of quenching in water and preventing the formation of soft spots and instability of mechanical properties.
