The production of high-performance suction and pressure containers is also one of our competences. We create individual solutions here, which are tailored to the challenge. We manufacture suction/pressure containers with a max. dia. of 2,500 mm and a length of 14,000 mm for commercial vehicles used as municipal vehicles. The following materials are used here: S235JR, S355GH, P265GH steel and 1.4301, 1.4571 stainless steel. With material thicknesses of at least 3 mm to a maximum of 8 mm depending on material selection, we cater for the individual customer requirements in production. We are a TÜV-certified welding company in accordance with AD 2000 datasheet HP-0 / TRD 201 and DIN ISO 3834-2 with TÜV-certified welders in accordance with DIN EN ISO 15614-1.

The overmolding process is when a flexible material is molded onto a more rigid material called a substrate. If properly selected, the overmolded (flexible material) will form a strong bond with the substrate. Bonding agents are no longer required to achieve optimum bond between the substrate and overmold. STIFERITE Isoventilato a high performance insulation board manufactured from CFC or HCFC free closed cell Polyiso (PIR) rigid foam, covered on the top side by a water impermeable and vapore permeable Laminglass facer, and on the botton side by a saturated mineral fibre facer. Incorporated into the foam of the Isoventilato panel are wood (OSB3) laths that run along the entire length of the top side of the panel. It's covered on both side with multilayer facing, and bonded to one side with a 13 mm (1/2 inch) plasterboard. It is available on request RP1 WP made with STIFERITE and a waterrepellent plasterboard 13 mm The RP panel is suggested for insulation of internal walls and suspended metal frame ceilings. STIFERITE AI6 Edilizia a high performance insulation board manufactured from CFC or HCFC free closed cell Polyiso (PIR) rigid foam, covered on both sides by a 60 μm thick embossed aluminium facer. The STIFERITE AI6 panel is suggested for walls and floors. Ideal for applications requiring a vapore barrier. Available in AI8 version, embossed aluminium facer of 80 µm. STIFERITE FIRE B a high performance insulation board manufactured from CFC or HCFC free closed cell Polyiso (PIR) rigid foam, covered on one side by a mineralized fibre glass facers, and the other, to be positioned on toward the side more exposed to the risk of fire, by fibre glass with additional mineral fibre named STIFERITE FIRE B facer®. Specifically suggested for insulation of ventilated facades (it meets the requirements of the Technical Guide of “Anti fire safety requirements of facades in residential buildings” dated 15/04/2013).
