Central Cooling System or Rack Compressor System consist of several compressors,for graduated adaption to your capacity requirement.The compressors work in parallel connection on a common refrigeration circuit. It goes without saying that we have a high vertical range of manufacture with fully-hermetic, scroll and digital scroll, semi-hermetic and screw compressors from different manufacturers. According to your requirements we supply rack units with a wide selection of optional components, electrically pre wired or with switch cabinet. We also offer the ideal control system adapted to each individual application. This system mostly using for more than 3 rooms cold storage plant. Technical Specification It has semi hermetic, scroll or screw type compressor. Be manufactured with air cooled or water cooled condenser. All equipment are delivered together with control instruments as being ready to assembly.

The cooling towers are part of a central cooling tower system, supplied turn-key and regulated with a freely programmable microprocessor control system or programmable logic control. They are used for dissipation of excess heat from production systems with a higher temperature level and they operate on the principle of evaporation. Central cooling systems are designed units to use for the removing of thermal loads which are pointed at more than one cooling point. The system will have the appropriate capacity depending on the desired power designed in the same or different capacities of compressors. Electric power supply and control panel are on the unit, and all connections are made in the factory. Scrolling, hermetic, semihermetic varieties of central system are available. Semihermetic or screw compressors are used in the central system for the center of industrial plants with high cooling capacity. Hermetic and scroll compressors are used to lower capacity the projects. Leakage tests of outdoor unit are performed by pressing nitrogen. Electrical panel and all automatic control elements are shipped as ready for assembly. It is manufactured in accordance with European Union norms and CE certificate.

The temperature of jacketed reactors can be controlled by TCUs (temperature control unit) large central heating/cooling units with secondary systems for individual reactor temperature control process steam (in case of large metal reactors) Our jacketed reactors are typically temperature controlled using heat transfer oil and TCU or central heating/cooling units. The heat transfer oil which is pumped through the jacket of the reactor controls the process temperature inside the reactor. The temperature range of the heat transfer oil spans from -80°C up to 300°C (depending on the heat transfer oil used).

Dosing pots are required in order to feed liquid chemicals such as corrosion inhibitors into closed systems. The dosing pots consist of a mild steel vessel with an inlet (return) and outlet (flow) valves, a drain valve, and a filling valve. An indirect dry cooling system is characterized by the use of a condenser and air-cooled heat exchangers.The cooling system consists of the following main components :condenser (surface or spray type),cooling water circulating pumps and recovery turbines, if applicable,heat exchanger deltas including louvers,natural draft cooling tower,piping and valves,water storage tanks and transfer pumps,electrical equipment,instrumentation and control,accessories such as cleaning system, nitrogen blanketing system,The warm water from the condenser is delivered to the natural draft cooling tower by the cooling water circulating pumps and an underground piping network. After the cooling in the heat exchangers, the cold water returns to the condenser.
