BASE CARTON SEALER B52/B670/B820 Base for the closure of only the funds of boxes by means self-adhesive tape. Structure of the machine body made of sheet steel bent, bolted and painted, the movement of the cartons is done by two side drive belts driven by a single motor, adjustments for the different formats are made through flywheels. The machine is equipped with 4 wheels with brakes. The taping bases can be used both in semi-automatic lines with operator and in automatic lines or with box formers. The GEM B52 model is available in the version without guards for semi-automatic use or with side guards for insertion in the line. On the other hand, the B670F and B820F versions are only available with side protections for use in automatic lines or in combination with an automatic box former. The GEM B52 models can also be made of stainless steel.

Ideal for close fixed format boxes (with constant height and width). Structure of the body in painted steel. Movement of boxes happens via two lower dive belts and two upper drive belts, adjustments for the different formats are carried out using flywheels. The machine is equipped with idle rollers 400 mm length for loading and unloading. The machine is equipped with wheels with brake.

GEM F470 - F520 - F670 CARTON SEALERS WITH MANUAL ADJUSTMENT - AUTOMATIC FLAP CLOSER AND SIDE DRIVE BELTS Carton sealer with manual dimensioning and and automatic flap closer. It folds automatically the four upper flaps and seals with auto-adhesive tape the top and bottom of batches of uniform size, American-type boxes. The upper taping unit has a patented system which, by regulating a spring, enables the subsequent weight on the box to be preset and therefore any differences in height of the boxes to be absorbed. The boxes are fed by lateral conveyor belts, driven by a single motor thus optimising even sliding of the boxes and ensuring perfect alignment of the upper and lower flaps which in turn guarantees perfect sealing.

CARTON SEALER MACHINE MOD. FP 9070 - DOUBLE DRIVE SYSTEM CONSISTS OF TWO LOWER SIDE BELTS AND TWO UPPER BELTS. Machine suitable for large boxes, the double drive system ensures a regular feed even in presence of high and light boxes. AUTOMATIC CASE ERECTORS Semi-automatic carton erector for closing the bottom flaps of the box Max. sixe mm. 520x520x700 or mm 670x670x800. The Pack Point is a case erector that, assisted by an operator, automatically folds the four bottom flaps of an American box. In few seconds the carton is ready for the operator to fill: while holding the case, Pack Point allows the operator to use both hands for placing the product into the carton. When the carton is filled, the operator presses a button and the PP automatically transfers the carton into a case sealer for top and bottom sealing. The Pack Point can be linked to a Gem 520/670 (bottom taper) so that boxes can be easily sent to filling lines by motorized conveyors. The machine is equipped with 4 wheels with brakes.

Moreover, a food industry-specific grease is used in their spindle reducers. Robotic systems’ main advantage lies in the fact that they may work together with any packaging machinery (carton sealer, film etc) to offer increased operating flexibility to any application. Typically, packaging robots are followed by palletizing robots, however if line speeds are low, packaging robots may also undertake palletizing for additional production cost savings.
