Our production and welding services are in accordance with ISO 3834-2 and other certificates we own: EN 1090, EN 15085, DNV-OS-C401, 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. WE can produce wide range tanks and vats according to yours drawings. The accuracy of the computer-generated details being transmitted directly to the CNC machinery increases the quality standards of the production. Novelty Steel has adapted EN 1090-2 standards into its manufacturing processes supervised by experienced quality management team.

The carbon steel tanks are fabricated on site with the patented automated LIPP® Welding Technology. The horizontal welding process enables the infinitely variable production of tanks up to 6,000 m³ volume with horizontal welding only. The largevolume, above ground storage tanks are fitted with all necessary safety and operation equipment. Additional, individual components according to client’s specification can be considered. The roof and wall insulation is individually adapted to local conditions. Typically large-scale (10m3-5000m3), stainless steel vessel production for the food, chemical or pharmaceutical industries based on specific requirements. We do not manufacture to stock, here is no finished product available for immediate order, but we design and manufacture exclusively according to the customer's requirements. In the workshop we only work with stainless steel, carbon steel tanks are only built on site.

The 2Kwelding CBS series of column & Boom Manipulators are specially designed and produced for harsh and rugged area circumstances. Column-Boom Systems are manufactured to ensure ergonomics during weld jointing processes, reaching to hard to access areas while welding large pieces and to perform welding with minimal error.. Column-Boom systems approach to the most suitable area on the piece for performing the required welding process under control of the operatör and welding operation is performed with the command sent to the automatic unit on the boom While Column-Boom systems can perform welding independently for any part, it may also perform circular or lengthwise welding using rotator or positioner. Welding types that can be performed by the system are SUBMERGED, MIG, MAG, TIG. Also, Column-Boom systems can be fixed or with automatic travel on rail.

420 quality stainless steel can be hardened by many heat treatments like high carbon steel. It contains at least 12% chromium (Cr) and this alloy is sufficient for corrosion resistance. It has good softness in annealed condition, but it has the ability to get 50 Rockwell hardness by heat treatment. For best corrosion resistance it must be hardened and gets it surface cleaned or polished.

The SANHA®-Therm Industry installation system consists of tried and trusted SANHA®-Therm Industry system press fittings with a red moulded FKM (fluoro and perfluoro elastomer) sealing ring for high temperature applications and SANHA®-Therm carbon steel system pipes.

The SANHA®-Therm installation system consists of tried and trusted SANHA®-Therm press fittings from carbon steel (c-steel) with a black sealing ring from EPDM (ethylene propylene dien rubber monomere) and SANHA®-Therm carbon steel pipes according to EN 10305-3. The carefully manufactured installation systen and its components offer an economically attractive solution for closed heating installations. At the same time, SANHA®-Therm ist especially well suited for pressurised air and fire extinguishing systems according to EN 10346 (DZ version). The variant "Contiflo" also offers galvanized system pipes which are characterized by being easy to bend. Our C-steel system is furthermore available as a LABS*-free version (series 27000).

Our custom-built fabrication shop is 34.5m by 24.0m with an under hook height of 14.0m – enabling us to manufacture stainless steel vessels from as small as 2 litres right up to 180,000 litres. We mainly use grade 316 stainless steel, however we can also manufacture vessels in stainless steels (304, 316 and 321 grades) and in other materials on request.
