Devices with electronic simulation of RTD are therefore inclined to swinging and do not function with this application. Wherever temperatures are measured, temperatures must also be simulated. The Pt100-simulator is suitable for a wide area of applications. It has a wide range of simulation, which is resolved in 0.1 °C steps and makes many assignments in chemistry-, measuring-, controlling-, medicine and household applications, food industry, vehicle construction, air- and space travel and power plants easy to solve. Often in the past several simulators had to be used alongside to achieve either resolution or the range of the relevant application. As an extra advantage to the user temperatures can be entered in degrees celsius. Additional extensive conversions and readings in tabulation sheets are no longer necessary. The force measuring chain is an universal reference measuring chain for the calibration of press-fit force measuring equipment. It finds applications in the quality assurance, commissioning and equipment monitoring fields. A DAkks calibration certificate is included so that the force measuring chain can be traced back. The calibration is traceable through accreditation at the German Accreditation Body. The calibration certificate records the displayed values for mounting positions at 0°, 120° and 240°. During calibration in field, the reference load cell is inserted in line with the flux of the press-fit measuring equipment. The force application is of central significance here for the quality of the measurement. Special force application parts are required, so that the line of action of the force agrees as exactly as possible with the geometrical axis of the load cell that is to be measured (central loading).

The multipurpose digital indicator TRANS CAL 7281 can be used wherever there is a need to perform high-precision, in-situ calibrations of sensing components used in equipment such as presses, torque tools or pressure-regulating systems. An optional factory calibration certificate or German-accredited DKD/DAkkS calibration certificate can be provided when the measurement device needs to be used as a reference. This provides a quick and cost-effective way of assessing a system with traceable documentation of measurement results. If a reference measurement cannot be made because the sensor location is difficult to access, it is still possible to test the zero point, the input, output and isolation resistance as well as the calibrating offset of the fitted sensor. It is also possible to check the indicating device by measuring the excitation voltage and simulating the characteristic values (mV/V or V) of the sensor used.

High-precision angle measuring system with +/-0.1s accuracy for measuring and calibration applications. The signal sampling is done by an interferometric operating principle (laserscale) The graduation period is 1µm, the generated signal period of the output signal is 250nm. Scale errors are self-compensated by using six reading heads in a special arrangement. The measured values can be output in csv format via the USB interface. The precision Pt100 simulator is used wherever measuring instruments or controlling systems have to be tested or calibrated with great precision. The standard version model 4506 simulates 24 set temperature values. Totally different temperature ranges are required in the case of special applications, such as in the food industry, the medical science etc. Model 4506 S is recommended for these applications and can be fitted with 24 temperature values according to customer specifications. A distinctive feature of these simulators is their simple operation. The resistance values required for simulation are directly set in °C. There is no need to use loof-up tables. The BGH series base can be used with any of the BGH series pistons to give ranges 1-120 bar with a BGH120, 2-300 bar with a BGH300, 1-700 bar with a BGH700 and 1-1200 bar with a BGH1200 . The BGP base can be used with any BGP series piston, allowing testing from 15 mbar to 120 bar. The base requires a supply of gas slightly above test pressure, and has precision inlet / outlet valves and a screwpress to enable easy regulation and adjustment of pressure. The BGP1 has a 1/2in2 high chrome steel piston/cylinder unit. The design has been proven over many years to provide excellent sensitivity and stability. Low start pressure is achieved through use of a hollow piston and aluminium head. NOTE: Model BGP1 can be used on vacuum with a model 24 adaptor. The entire assembly is liquid filled, producing a hydraulic self lubricating measurement system which allows for full line pressure to be applied to either side of the unit without damage to the device.

The KAL 100 / 200 calibration device combines a pressure transmitter and pressure gauge. These can be used to test and calibrate pressure sensors and other pressure gauges for low pressures both quickly and easily.
