Cable harnesses, toroidal transformers, coils, chokes, connecting cabling and other components from the field of electrical engineering are our main activity. During their production, we perform micro-soldering, tinning, winding using winding machines – vertical and horizontal, assembly of joints, connections and more.

Belit Elektronik makes wire harnesses in various configurations, density and according to demands. 100% control of cable assemblies are done with various test equipments as a result preventing future damages and loss of time. In line with customer demands, Belit Elektronik can use one or more of materials together that hold cables such as cable ties, tubing, heat shrink tubing, cloth tape together.

In our sheltered workshops, we provide manual processing of products for our business partners. Hand machining operations include, for example, scraping, cutting, hand abrading or cleaning, needling, assembling cable harnesses, visual inspection and more. For these operations, we use, for example, altimeters, calipers and many other tools. We can adapt to our client's production according to the required parameters.

At 5-40 bar (in individual cases up to max. 60 bar), processing takes place at a much lower pressure than in the classic hotmelt injection moulding process. This makes it easy to directly encapsulate even sensitive components such as circuit boards, sensors, etc. The cycle times are limited to pure encapsulation
