The front mounted shutter may be installed at any moment, as it is installed on the facade. A large selection of boxes, profiles and their colours will fulfil all your aesthetic expectations. We also offer perfect quality overload, radio and wire drives that will ensure the comfort of use. Our front mounted shutters perfectly insulate the heat. They are a barrier for unwanted guests, and after a partial lowering they perfectly protect the rooms against excessive sunlight and heating. In all of the top mounted shutter systems that we offer there are also versions with a mosquito net, protecting us against intrusive insects, particularly during the summer months. For all models are available rolling mosquito nets.

Durability, especially flexible use and installation options, functionality, a wide choice of profiles and multi-coloured materials, easy adaptation to the exterior – these are the features of facade roller blinds. Facade roller blinds have extremely high light retention rates: they block from 81 to 100 per cent of sunlight and ultraviolet light. In addition, the powder-coated aluminium construction is strong and resistant to external factors. Facade roller blinds can be adapted to both horizontal and vertical surfaces, and it is also possible to integrate the roller blind mechanism into the facade, i.e. hide it under the finishing. Pleated blinds are a fabric folded on the principle of harmonica, covering the windows. The pleated fabric creates a dreamy and romantic atmosphere by transmitting light in the interior. This window covering is extremely easy to control, with the help of a handle from top to bottom or from bottom to top. This is a great solution for hinged windows and doors, as these blinds are installed very close to the window glass. Even when the window is fully opened, the finish of the window opening corner will not be broken. Pleated blinds are a rapidly growing solution for solar control. Modern and versatile pleated blinds will help ensure optimal light flow in the room and provide privacy. The use of semi-reflective fabrics can reduce air conditioning costs.

Differentiation between DIN / EN and ANSI Eyeglass blinds according to DIN differ from eyeglass blinds according to ANSI in terms of pressure levels, sealing strips and materials. In German-speaking countries, glasses blind disks are also called blind disks or throttle disks. However, the English terms “spectacle blind”, “blind paddle” are also often used in Germany. Pressure levels according to DIN / EN The following pressure levels for blanking disks according to DIN are available PN 6, 10, 16, 25, 40, 63, 100, 120, 160 and 250. Sealing strips The following shapes are available for sealing strips: A, B1, B2, C, D, E, G and H. Materials The steel materials P 265 GH and P 355 NL are available. In the stainless steel area, the materials 1.4541, 1.4571 and 1.4307 are possible.

The blind rivet connection itself is a non-detachable connection. However in order to be able to attach further detachable components GESIPA® has the threaded blind rivet in its product range. The threaded blind rivet has a stud with M5 or M6 external thread to which further parts can be mounted using an additional nut.

The GESIPA® TRI-FOLD® blind rivet forms three press lashes on the closing head side during setting. The advantages The large moulded lashes distribute the exerted clamping force evenly and gently onto the riveted material. Also, the large surface of the lashes offer excellent protection against the rivet being pulled through very soft, porous or brittle application parts. Thanks to its special design, the TRI-FOLD® is also able to compensate over-dimensional or irregular drill hole diameters. Application areas TRI-FOLD® blind rivets are excellently suited for the automotive field, e.g. for plastic panelling, car body parts and for the interior work inside vehicles, but also for all other applications that are particularly soft, brittle, easily deformed or porous.

As a combination of blind rivet nut and screw, blind rivet nut studs offer an alternative or replacement for welding studs. GESIPA® blind rivets are also available in colour to match the application. To guarantee the best possible durability the hollow rivets are painted using a two-component epoxy resin paint in a stow enamelling process. In addition to the visual benefi ts, the painted blind rivet also has added protection against corrosion. Aluminium blind rivets are best suited for this procedure. In the long-term they achieve the desired visual effect when joining coloured parts. GESIPA® blind rivets are available in the standard RAL colours. On request, steel blind rivets are also available in RAL colours or even special colours. Another method for colouring blind rivets and for protecting them against corrosion is to anodize them. The Eloxal method is more complex but is the most durable process for coloured blind rivets.

GESIPA® profile clinching blind rivets are ideal for maintaining defined distances during component assembly or for setting a stop in running rails. Accordingly this special rivet is used in the white goods and furniture industry among others.

Areas of application: G-Sealed can be used in many applications, but is particularly suitable for the automotive industry due to its excellent thermal and chemical resistance. Expanding blind rivets are required when soft or porous components such as wood, hard fiber, fiberglass or plasterboard are to be joined together with a high clamping force. During the setting process the mandrel drops out of the hollow rivet and on the closing head side the mandrel divides the hollow rivet into four parts. These then claw into the material. Typical applications are plastic and wooden element assembly, caravan construction and the fastening of interior trim.

Grooved blind rivets are suitable for riveting in blind holes in soft materials. They are used in the furniture industry, in interior fittings, in the wood and plastics processing industry, in car body construction and many more. Important: Before processing the grooved blind rivets, the drill hole diameter must be determined by testing and the minimum drill hole depth must be observed.

With the GESIPA® FireRex® it is possible for the first time to set huge numbers of blind rivet nuts fast and fully automatically. Since neither a camera nor any kind of optical device, which are usually dust-prone, are necessary to find the drilled hole, the system allows stable operation even in adverse production environments without requiring huge maintenance efforts.
