The semi-automatic Big Bag Filling Station enables the filling of Big Bags (FIBC) with one, two or four loops and Octabins with a filling weight from 500 kg to 1500 kg. With 150 Big Bags per hour, our Big Bag Filling Station is one of the fastest in the world. Additionally, the extremely stable construction and the high reliability characterize the Big Bag Filling Station. There are two versions of the Big Bag Filling Station – one with gross and one with net weighing. The difference between the two weighing variants is that gross weighing weighs the product in the bag during filling and net weighing weighs it in a weigh hopper before filling. The advantage of net weighing is that the big bags can be filled at higher speeds. Highest weighing accuracy is achieved with both variants.

For the smooth processing of your big bags we offer different machine variants allowing to fill powders & flours as reliably as grains & granules. Furthermore our delivery programme includes a large variety of accessories, e. g. automatic pallet separator, cover sheet dispenser or full pallet transport systems.

The FIBC fiiling machine SWEDA DWS-301-1000-1-P is structurally different from the FIBC packing machine SWEDA DWS-301-1000-1 by the presence of additional units: a weighing belt conveyor (instead of a weighing platform), a storage belt conveyor and an overhead feed hopper. Features: -Increased capacity (up to 35 bags per hour); -Stainless steel tract (optional); -Fan for blowing the bag eliminates spillage of the product; -Automatic ejection of the straps and the removal of the bag from the batching area; -Communication with the automated control system of the enterprise and the owner’s office; -There are no special requirements for operating conditions and staff; -Prompt mounting, adjusting and put into operation.

Our big bag emptying stations are generally designed for big bags with a capacity up to 2 tons. Different alternatives and options are available to meet customer’s requirements. In case of a big bag emptying station for bad flowing products, we can provide a vibrating frame as well as a massaging system with pneumatically operated cylinders to enhance the discharge (or a combination of both systems in the worst case). The design of this station will allways depend of the characteristics of the product which has to be discharged. The big bag emptying station is provided with a lifting frame, adjustable in height, with automatic big bag tension device which allows a completely emptying of the bag. How it works: by loosing weight during emptying, the big bag will be tensioned automatically by a telescoping spring system. Optionally, we offer the possibility to shut even partially filled big bags.

STURDY BIG BAG HOLDER Big Bag lifting beam with 2000 kg capacity suitable for lifting and handling the classic Big Bags 90x90x120 cm. The grip of the big bag is very safe and takes place by hooking it on the 4 corners. The lifting beam can be installed on the forks of a lift truck by placing it in the appropriate seats or it can be used with a crane or bridge crane.
