Single direction automatic stirrup bender from bar. It can produce stirrups and cuttosize bars from bars of ø 13 mm (#4) or double ø 10 mm (#3). Driven by electric servo motors. Possibility to produce upwards bends up to 90°. Smart 13 Bar automatic stirrup benders are equipped with a device for the production of "bottlenecks".

When used with a commercially available vice, STAUFF manual tube benders, type TUB-MA, enable common hydraulic tubes to be bent manually. They are suitable for steel and stainless steel tubes with diameters of 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 15, 16, 18 and 22 mm with a defined minimum wall thickness. In addition to the metric version, a model for handling imperial tubes with diameters of between 1/4 and 7/8 inches is also available. The eight bending rollers – six in the imperial version – ensure maximum wear. A scale lasered onto the bending rollers enhances the accuracy of the required bending angle with superior precision. Our CNC Pipe Bender CH series is the backbone of our tube and profile bending machines. AMOB’s Electric NC Tube Bender MDH Series is our basic, or entry level range. Simplicity, strength, and accuracy are the key features of this line.
