By means of the bag packing machine SWEDA DWS-301-50-1 it is possible to pack up in sewing (open) bags (paper, polypropylene, jute) free-flowing products, including food. Long-term operating experience of bag filling machine SWEDA DWS-301 for packing of sugar, grains, seeds, cereals, granulated powders, pellets and other free-flowing substances and materials has confirmed it’s high accuracy and reliability. The Twin Version of the open-mouth bagging machine combines two bag placers and two filling stations in one machine. Two STATEC BINDER high-performance net weighers ensure that the product is precisely dosed and weighed. When the required weight is reached, the weigh hopper opens and the product flows into the attached bag at the filling spout. A high-performance bag closing machine enables fast sewing, sealing, or gluing of the bags. The high performance of the Twin Version is achieved by always separating two bags simultaneously, transporting them to the pick-up station, fixing them onto the filling spout, filling them, and placing them on the conveyor belt. Accessibility, generous clearance, long maintenance intervals and low maintenance costs were of major importance in the development of this machine. Our product portfolio includes three manual bagging machines for open-mouth bags: SCALPAC-G, SCALPAC-B, SCALPAC-S. All three bagging systems are designed for up to 1200 bags per hour and differ only in the used net weighers. Depending on the product to be filled, a net weigher with gravity, belt or screw feeding is used. Prefabricated open-mouth bags made of woven PP, PE or paper are attached to the filling clamp and fixed by an employee. As soon as the bag is fixed, the weighed product flows into the bag. A conveyor belt transports the filled bag to a bag closing machine, which sews, seals or hot-glues the bag depending on the material. For free-flowing bulk materials, a net weigher with gravity feeding is selected. Moderately flowing products are fed via a belt feeder. For fine and powdery products, the screw feeder is best suited.

Sealer machine with quick closing lever for sealing bags in plastic material heat-sealable, with impulse sealing (resistance heats in a few seconds) and timer for adjustment. The welding cycle is indicated by an indicator light. The double sealing bar (top and bottom) with welding of 10 mm allows the closing of envelopes with high thickness, coupled bags and bellows. The sealer mod. DZ 800 W is a multifunctional machine for of large dimensions. Without limitation caused by the size of vacuum chamber, this horizontal vacuum packaging machine has very wide application range. Built in stainless steel. The vacuum pump 20 m³/h allows for high production. The sealing bar (or the sealing bars depending on the model chosen) with width 10 mm and closing with compressed air ensures a perfect seal on any type of material also very thick. The intake system with nozzles allows the use of any type of smooth or embossed envelope (NO BELLOW). The closure of the bars is through a dual button command (dual control security). When you have to pack flours or products that could make some dust, it is absolutely recommended to install the dust filter to avoid damaging the vacuum pump (main part of the machine) Similarly, we recommend installing the filter for liquids when you need to vacuum-pack products such as sauces or tomato purée.

VERTICAL VACUUM SEALING MACHINE FOR BAGS - ALSO WITH MAP GAS INLET The sealers mod. DZQ 600 LS/DZQ 800 LS are multifunctional machines suitable for sealing and vacuum packing large bags and sacks, also in MAP (with technical gas injection). The vacuum pump of 20 mc./h. it minimizes air intake times and the machines are equipped with valves for the injection of inert gas for packaging in a modified atmosphere. The double sealing bars with a width of 10 mm. and compressed air closure ensure perfect sealing on any type of material, even of high thickness. The bars are closed by means of a double button command (dual safety control). The sack support surface is adjustable. Thickness max. bag mm. 0.20 (0.8 total with bellows) By means of selectors and potentiometers it is possible to set the "sealing", "empty time" and "gas injection time" functions. The machine is equipped with two nozzles which, when the vacuum option is activated, descend into the bag and perform suction.

The CERTOPAC, a fully automatic high-performance bagging machine, packs any type of free-flowing bulk material in pillow bags and gusset bags with a filling weight between 5 kg and 80 kg. Thanks to its high speed, this open-mouth bagging machine can fill up to 1500 bags per hour. Because of the high flexibility of the packaging machine, bags made of woven PP, PE and paper can be processed. Furthermore, the CERTOPAC stands out due to its easy accessibility and high reliability. This high-performance packaging machine is also available as CERTOPAC-S and CERTOPAC-L in addition to the “standard version”. The differences between the variants are the bag magazines (rotating bag magazine or push magazine), the different filling weights and sizes of the bags. Furthermore, the CERTOPAC can also be completely made of stainless steel and equipped for powdery products.

The PRINCIPAC is a fully automatic high-performance bagging machine for open-mouth bags and, with up to 2000 bags per hour, it is one of the fastest in the world. The PRINCIPAC is characterized by high performance and flexibility. Both pillow bags and gusset bags with a filling weight of 10 kg to 50 kg can be processed. The bags can be made of woven PP, PE and paper. This fully automatic open-mouth packaging machine is ideally suited for any type of free-flowing bulk material and with additional equipment such as a dustproof filling spout also for powdery products. Depending on customer requirements, the high-performance bagging machine can also be made entirely of stainless steel. As the name suggests, the FFS-Combi Version of the open-mouth bagging machines has an additional FFS module, allowing bags not only to be used from the bag magazine but also to be produced from tubular film. The CERTOPAC and PRINCIPAC open-mouth bagging machines are available as FFS-Combi Versions. The additional FFS module is also available for the CIRCUPAC bagging carousel. The changeover from the bag magazine to the production of bags from the tubular film is simple and convenient on the operating panel. The filling process is identical for both variants. The bags are either separated from the bag magazine or produced from tubular film and conveyed to the pick-up station. There the bag is put onto the filling spout, filled, and placed on the conveyor belt. From there it is transported to the bag closing machine, which sews, seals, or glues the bag depending on the material.

Electric sewing machine Mod. FPMP 82 (220 V and 12 V ) for bags particularly robust, vibration-free, usable in agricultural industries, chemical, food, packaging, textiles, for use in finishing. Suitable for sealing bags of a different type of paper, jute, fabric and plasticized, etc. such as bags of food or chemicals. The FPMP 82 can be used for the sewing of the collection nets of olives or antihail. Special sealers ME 455/605 VAD with air suction system (max 80%) suitable for volume reduction and better preservation of products. The system with two pairs of heating elements and belts PTFE allows the closing of bags made of polyethylene, polypropylene, cellophane, coated paper, laminated aluminum, etc .This particular welding system is strongly recommended in the presence of bags with high thickness and bellows side. The temperature is controlled by two electronic temperature controllers and the feed speed is adjustable. The distance between the solder and the edge of the bag is 30 mm. The welding head and the conveyor belt are independently adjustable in height through flyers. The machine is equipped with rotary solid ink marker and interchangeable characters (max. 20 characters with height 5 mm.). The system works with inked rollers for easy reading and comes complete with photocell to do the marking in the desired place.

They have a special timer for adjusting the sealing time based on the thickness and type of material. The sealing bars must be closed manually by the operator and are automatically held by a magnet until the end of the cycle.
