The IF1032/ETH interface module now enables to run sensors with analogue interfaces with the proven web interface. With the Ethernet interface, measured data can be easily displayed on a PC. Moreover, sensors can be connected to an EtherCAT bus. The RS485 interface allows connection of new sensors using the Micro-Epsilon specific RS485 protocol.

High temperature resistance - the special feature of the inductive proximity switches of this product family. The EGE high temperature proximity switches are based on the conventional inductive principle and switch when a metallic object moves close. Sensors are available for the most varied applications. Slots are available for mechanical alignment (up to approx. ± 7.5°). In the case of CANopen, one connector or one male/female connector combination can be selected optionally for connection purposes. Casting measures in the housing lead to the achievement of protection class IP 69K, e.g. for use under water.

The MicroSENS 180-HS is an NDIR sensor for measuring 5 vol.-% CO2 in cell incubators. So our diffusion sensor is indispensable for controlling ideal cell and tissue growth. The sensor head is placed in the incubation chamber to measure the gas concentration in the cell culture environment. Based on IR absorption of the gas molecules the sensor determines the concentration of CO2. In addition to deployment and recovery the chain configuration by a single cable used for power and data transmission uses three or more sensors platforms are fully connected to the base station. Environmental and pressure sensors use an ultra low noise isolation preamplifier, and the analogue sensor front end is formed by 3 pairs of UEP Carbon electrodes. The 26-bit analogue to digital converter is what the digital part is based on with a novel high end performance. Geometry compensated signal output through the consequent digital signal processing provides temperature. To achieve the software alignment the tilt sensors are used to achieve the precise settings with a pair of high resolution electric field vector components.
