SORGAINASE is a mixture of vegetal endoproteases and fungal exopeptidase standardised to 160 tyrosine units with a proteic hydrolysate. The endoproteolytic fraction hydrolyses proteins, peptides, amides, amino-acids esters, preferently of basic amino-acids, leucine and glycine.
