The air duct is made of sheet metal construction. It is possible to make the desired air setting with air valves. Thanks to the mica glass, the cleaning process of the product can be clearly seen. The air duct is used to separate foreign substances that are lighter than the product with the help of air. It is mounted in front of the garbage separator and at the outlet of the peeler. The feeding table located at the product entrance ensures homogeneous goods flow throughout the channel. The rear curtain, which is moved throughout, allows the duct cross-section to be adjusted as desired by means of adjustment bolts. This precise adjustment of the air speed in the duct ensures that the light substances in the grain passing through the duct are separated in the desired amount.

A J Services manufacture a range of access doors which has been designed in order to gain safe access to to ducting for the inspection of elements and routine cleaning. The access doors are manufactured in galvanised steel but can also be made in 304 & 316 stainless steel as well as aluminium ranging in size from 50mm to 2000mm and produced in a variety of styles: tabbed, flat oval, spiral/circular and pressed access doors. All with a depth of either 25 or 50mm depth and can include additional safety features such as chains.

It is used for cleaning and classifying semolina in flour and semolina factories. The product, whose flow rate can be adjusted, is distributed evenly over the entire sieve surface thanks to a curtain. The elimination process is carried out with 2 or 3 layers of telora. With the aerodynamic air duct and air adjustment valves, equal vacuum is created on all sieve surfaces, and products with extended adhesion surfaces, such as bran and bran, are suspended by vacuum, separated from the product and pushed into the outlet channel. The bran-free product (semolina) is classified according to grain size by means of sieves.

It performs the task of separating the light grains and shells of the unwanted foreign substances from the grain with the air flow. Radial scanning machine is used to separate low density substances from high density grain products such as wheat, barley, corn and similar. Separates foreign substances such as dust, sand and small seeds in wheat. Wheat entering the machine from the wheat inlet is filled into the vibro feeder and distributed smoothly across the width of the air duct. Here, in the horizontal aspiration channel, the product is separated from low density materials through its double adjustable wall. The fan of the radial scanning machine is mounted on the main body through bearings. It is used for peeling the shells of wheat, barley, rye and similar grains and for cleaning dust, sand, small seeds, husks, insects and foreign matter stuck on these grains. The grain is cleaned and peeled by means of self-friction with an intense pressure, rubbing against steel metal anchors placed on the rotor, and rubbing against the knitted fabric of a special material that is rolled out cylindrically on the braided liner suitable for abrasion. The dusts are directed out of the pores of the shirt to the dust chamber and to the outlet through the bunker. Wheat, on the other hand, is taken out by directing it to the outlet in the jacket with the angle of the anchors.
