However, integrating an exhaust-air system with an odour filter can help plant operators to minimize the odour levels which their employees, neighbours and the environment are exposed to. The modular Odour Emission Control OEC filter concept from Scheuch COMPONENTS reduces odours and significantly contributes to complying with and even undershooting the legal regulations and permissible limits for odour emissions. Depending on the intensity of the odour emissions and the size of the hall, the Scheuch OEC system is equipped with one or more biofilters which extract and clean the polluted air. Microorganisms contained in the filter’s bulk material ensure that odours are eliminated and the air is dehumidified. In a second step, a downstream duct filter removes dust and other particles from the air.

Forane* 410A is the preferred choice for new homes and businesses that need efficient and reliable air conditioning systems, heat pumps, dehumidifiers, chillers and more. Forane* 410A has more cooling power and pressure than R-22, so it is not compatible with R-22 equipment.

Refra heat exchangers for evaporators are made of aluminum or copper fins and convert the system’s refrigerant liquid to gas. Usually they are used to cool and sometimes dehumidify air. Refra evaporator coils are made using inner grooved or smooth copper tubes, which range from 7 mm to 12,7 mm in diameter. The operating tube pressure reaches 80 or even 120 bar, making evaporator coils perfectly suitable for CO2 systems. The frame can be made using aluminum, galvanized or stainless steel and can be coated with a special Aqua-Aero anti corrosion protection. Heat exchangers can be manufactured up to 50 kW capacity for both low and medium temperatures.

Silica Gel Bulk orange features a moisture indicator. When the moisture percentage exceeds 20% RH, the granules will turn from orange to green/blue. When the silica gel is saturated and has attained a green/blue colour, the granules can be heated (up to a maximum temperature of 80 °C; higher temperatures than that would destroy the silica gel granules) until they have turned orange once more. In this manner, the silica gel granules can be reused. The orange silica gel is environmentally friendly and harmless. The gel does not contain any heavy metals as indicator and is free of DMF (dimethyl fumarate).
