We carry out on-site flame or adhesive lamination with PU foams with a thickness of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 10 mm of your choice. Ideal for high quantities In vacuum laminating, plastic films such as TPO, TEPEO2 ® and PVC are heated and vacuumed to plastic substrate components, resulting in lamination. The adhesive applied to the substrate or decor material is activated, causing the two parts to bond. Vacuum laminating's special feature is that is can be combined with IMG (In-Mold Graining) in a single process. We provide various barrier laminated tubes, including Aluminum Barrier Laminate (ABL), Plastic Barrier Laminate (PBL) and polyfoil tubes. PBL tubes provide unmatched clarity and artwork solutions compared to traditional coex tubes while ABL tubes can hold aggressive products including liniment creams, essential oils, antiseptics and adhesives. We have several laminate tube production lines imported from Europe, with printing techniques (offset, silk screen, and flexo printing) and premium bounding & heading capabilities.

EVA foam has many positive properties. It has excellent adhesion to many polar and non-porous substrates, good resistance to cracks and punctures, and seals well with hot and heat sealing. Typically, this thermoplastic resin is co-polymerized with other resins such as LDPE and LLDPE or is part of a multi-layer film. Due to its flexibility and resistance, it recovers quickly from compression and absorbs colors. It has important applications as a sealant in meat and milk packaging, footwear, insulation wires and cables, pipes, toys, cork, photovoltaic capsules, medical packaging, the automotive industry, thermal adhesives, resin-based adhesives and glass lamination so it could improve impact resistance. It can be found in the automotive, construction, marine, electrical industries, healthcare, packaging, sports, recreation and footwear.

PLT is a serie of labels primarily for thermal transfer printing. Its material is UL approved self adhesive polyester. 1-track or 3-track, 38 mm (standard) or 76 mm core diameter and perforated. The PLT range also includes adhesive, self-laminating and printable wrap-around labels. Its material is UL approved MT310 transparent polyester. PLL is a serie of label sheets in A4 format, with matt surface, primarily for laser printing. Its material is UL-approved adhesive polyester for indoor and outdoor use. The PLL range also includes adhesive, self-laminating and printable wrap-around labels. Its material is UL-approved MT310 transparent polyester. The additional transparent part is wrapped around the cable and laminates the print field and protects the marking against chemicals and wear.
