The advantage of Accumulator having Liquid Receiver is to have heat exchange between Liquid Receiver (outside) and Liquid Accumulator (inside). The heat from the Liquid Receiver part, enhance the evaporation in Liquid Accumulator, also providing condensing in Liquid Receiver. This complex units has the advantage of mounting space savings with heat exhange benefits. Accumulator having Liquid Receiver has serving as both separately Liquid Receiver and Liquid Accumlator with the benefits. ESSOSR Series Oil Receivers are designed for multi compressor systems to have storage for oil that seperated from oil seperators. ESSOSR designed to be used with oil level regulators to distribute the stored oil. ESSOSR Series Oil Receivers has rotalock connectors with rotalock valves of SAE 3/8”. Placing easily readible sight glasses for pre-defined levels of oil, the tracking of oil levels are much simpler. There is a option to replace to rotalock valve for any desired line type and size. For the oil check valve, there is a seperate SAE 3/8 place on the top of the ESSOSR. PROPERTIES: Having rigid design, ESSOSR has long life-span, Compatibilty with Group I (Ashrae 34 A2L, A2) and Group II (Ashrae 34 A1) refrigerants

ESSLA Series Liquid Accumulators are system protectors, designed to be placed the compressors low pressure line. The main purpose of the ESSLA is to prevent refrigerant to reach to the compressor in liquid state. By the internal design, ESSLA Liquid Accumulators, can prevent fluctuations / irregularities, during the “off-cycle” and Liquid Hammering. Also it promotes the oil return to the compressor. At the first assembly stage, it is advised to add sufficient amount of oil in the liquid accumulator. For the special internal designs, different equipment bearing or different designed products, please refer to the Special Productions section or please contact us. ESSDTM / ESSDTMS Filter Drier Series are hermetic Filter Drier in compacted solid core for use on liquid line. Moisture removal formula, is prepared as %100 Molecular Sieve targeting maximum moisture removal and acid formation prevention. For Group I (Ashrae 34 A2L, A2) and Group II (Ashrae 34 A1) refrigerants and blends, POE/PAG oils and additives ESSDTM / ESSDTMS Series are recommended. ESSDTM Series have 45° flare type connection, – ESSDTMS Series have solder type connection, – Extremely high water adsorption capacity compared to others brands, – High acid preventation capacity, – POE oils and additives compatibility, – Ability to filtration of unwanted particals more then size of 20 microns by the grade filtration, – High crush and abrasion strength even after full capacity, – Working temperature is between -40 °C, +120 °C, – Maximum working pressure is 45 bar, – Minimum flow resistance.
