The IPR access door features a CR EPDM gasket and it is designed for installation on round duct walls. The design of the IPR access door and its gasket profile provide a perfect seal around the duct opening. This ensures a high air tightness class. The product provides a very simple, lowcost and extremely effective solution for closing and sealing access openings in the ductwork. The openings made in the ductwork for access doors must be sized to meet the requirements of EN 12097. Another determinant of the access opening size is how the interior is cleaned. Some cleaning processes and tools require access doors as large as 800x400 mm. The access door is installed in the opening made using the cutting template supplied with the product.

Fire-rated access doors could be mounted on ceiling or walls. They provide access through openings for electrical or plumbing or other places. Two resistance classes produced: EI2 30 and EI2 60, regarding EN 13501-2 in case of fire it retains integrity and heat insulating properties, respectively at least 30 or 60 minutes. It has the necessary documents confirming compliance. Fire-rated access doors are made from 1mm galvanized sheet steel and powder coated RAL9010. The doors have universal locking. A J Services manufacture a range of access doors which has been designed in order to gain safe access to to ducting for the inspection of elements and routine cleaning. The access doors are manufactured in galvanised steel but can also be made in 304 & 316 stainless steel as well as aluminium ranging in size from 50mm to 2000mm and produced in a variety of styles: tabbed, flat oval, spiral/circular and pressed access doors. All with a depth of either 25 or 50mm depth and can include additional safety features such as chains.
