The part washing machine is designed to easily clean dirty parts with a small size and complex structure in the shortest time possible. Thanks to its brush, the person performing the washing process can carry out any kind of cleaning in the dirty part in detail. It is an ideal parts washing machine for using in small areas.

The dirty part is placed on the work platform of the parts washer. The operator takes the flow brush in his hands and the cleaning process can start by using the foot pedal. The more forcefully the operator presses the foot pedal, the more liquid flows from the flow brush and the more powerfully the dirty part can be cleaned.

The machine is designed for cleaning and degreasing of cylindrical and heavy parts with total length up to 4500 mm and diameter up to 150 mm. Each part is placed on a trolley and loaded inside the chamber of the machine. The cleaning process is carried out by seven nozzle collectors – six rotating and one moving up/down. The machine provides a combination of fully automated and manual cleaning. The dosing of the detergent is manual. The washer is equipped with a filter that catches particles with dimensions larger than 250 μm. There is mounted a fan for exhausting of the vapour and lighting inside the washing chamber. The machine body is made entirely out of stainless steel, material EN 1.4301 / AISI 304. The equipment complies with the high CE- Requirements and EU – and USDA regulations.
