Maxant® RDS is a highly effective silicone antifoam emulsion. It offers excellent foam control and high stability in various foaming systems. In addition, it is a highly effective antifoam agent. Maxant® RDS is stable under alkaline condition For process applications, we recommend prediluting Maxant®RDS antifoam with cold water in a ratio between 1:1 to 1:10. Centrifugal pumps should be avoided to reduce the risk of emulsion separation. A suggested starting concentration is typically between 0.1 and 2%, but this will vary depending on the severity of the foaming problem Perfect durability Fast foam knock-down Excellent foam control at temperatures up to 95 oC Long term foam inhibition Easy dispersions in all foaming systems Long durability in alkaline conditions.

Emulsion of polydimethylsiloxane in water which can be diluted with water in all proportions. Applications: • Release lubrication of molds in the tire industry, in the production of rubber goods, rubber and plastics; • release agent in foundry; • in printing industry; • component in car and furniture polishes to ensure gloss; • for lubrication of conveyor belts; • processing of glass containers; • in car services - reduces efforts when mounting and dismounting tires; prevents the tire from sticking to the rim of the disc; keeps the tire carcass from harmful deformations; • in the textile industry for the lubrication of sewing needles and as a lubricant in the manufacture of fibers, yarns and knitted fabric.
