The Transbolt™ II HD is our heavy duty High Security bolt, certified to ISO17712 and C-TPAT compliant. It is fitted with a chromium plated steel pin (can be hardened as an option) which provides even more physical resistance when required. It's also available with a longer pin to fit the PRADO hole on containersor a bent pin for handles with little clearance. Printing on the TBII is done by inkjet or silkscreen for logos and protected by a hard plastic cover. The white plastic tag allows precision printing of customer logos, similarly to TBII. In addition to sequential numbering, customer names and barcoding can be done at no extra cost. Applications: Containers - railcars - trucks and trailers. Customisation: 8 letters customer name, 8-digit serial numbering. The Transbolt™ I is a compact high-security bolt seal, certified ISO/PAS 17712 and suitable for C-TPAT shipping. The TBI has a solid steel pin and core, and steel locking mechanism. The pin and barrel are covered with a hard plastic coating which allows full customization and superior tamper evidence. Printing on the TBI is done by laser, and protected by a hard plastic cover. Applications: Containers - railcars - trucks - trailers Customisation: 8 letters customer name, 8-digit serial numbering (in black colour only). The KeyLock is a very simple, yet very efficient cable seal, designed with a 1.8mm wire that can be secured wilh a break-off key.
