A locking device is a mechanical component that prevents mated shafts and other machine elements from moving out of position when subjected to external forces. Operating conditions such as initial installation error, temperature changes, vibration, and others can all cause problems. These are critical components. Our locking devices consist of two interlocking conical rings used in the connection of power and motion transmission organs such as chain hoists, pulleys, sprockets, sprockets, timing gears, couplings, etc., without using wedges. It can transfer low pressure and high torque, and can be installed and disassembled quickly and safely. They are machine fasteners that strongly fix the shaft passing through them and the hubs passing around them by pushing each other in opposite directions by tightening the bolts on the piston rings.

The L-10 series has our smallest and most compact hydraulic drive with helical gearing. With its extremely high axial load capacity in a slim, cylindrical design with flange mounting and drive, the ultra-compact L-10 series is ideal for applications with limited space. Helac’s sliding spline hydraulic technology with helical gearing is not self-locking and offers both high impact resistance and high holding torque for demanding applications. The L-10 series functions as a rotating device as well as a mounting bracket and support structure, so that no external bearing systems, brakes or locking devices are required. Available in five standard sizes with an output torque of up to 2,825 Nm at 210 bar.

PGS is a locking device for pipes made of polycarbonate or polypropylene. It is designed to seal cap nuts to prevent their twisting and disconnection of pipes, as well as the removal of gas meters and installation of bridge cables for bypass devices for the purpose of stealing gas. The pipe locking device consists of two semicircular-shaped parts with additional holes for the sealing rope. To install the pipe locking device, it is necessary to connect both parts on the mounting nut, put the sealing rope into the special holes on the sides of PGS, and install the seal (rotary or latch one). The seal should be placed as close as possible to the locking device. The tamper-evident seal and rope will prevent intruders from keeping the fact of removal of the seal and the locking device from the nut unnoticed. CJS 25 HI is an electronic dosing device with load cells for semi-automatic filling of bags with max weight 25 kg. Hopper capacity 300 l, bags weight 2-25 kg.
