EL LOAD is an automated packing station for bulk products or packs. The table starts to turn, after a few turns, press the coil rise button and hold it. When the coil of film reaches the top of the load stop the machine or press the down button to perform the double winding. Attention: the pallet must not have the inner crosspieces on the side of the transpallet. STRETCH FILM FOR WRAPPING MACHINES: The film normally used on winding machines is 23 my standard in rolls of approximately 16 kg. With 1 roll of film you are able to wrap an average of 60 pallets. The film is also available in white 30 my, suitable to protect the contents of the pallets from sunlight. The white film is opaque and can be used to hide valuable goods during transport. The type of films supplied by us is of premium quality and is suitable to be used on our machines. We recommend using only top quality film

Small balancers are used to correct effortlessly glue, staplers, nailers, strapping tools and other tools from 0.4 to 14 kg. The balancers are an essential tools to ease the operator work and increase productivity. They also reduce the processing time and help improve the quality of work. The balancers are manufactured according with the DIN 15112. MODELS WITH BLOCK The models with the block (models marked with the letter B), are equipped with a Device That Allows to block the stroke with a simple operation on the load. The stroke is stopped at 100 mm intervals.

The cement stored in the cement silos can be quickly discharged to the cement trailers (bulk carrier) by means of ELKON telescopic cement loading bellow. This system has a special structure with support legs allowing the bulk carrier parking under the discharge point and is equipped with a suitable bellow for feeding the material. ELKON telescopic cement loading bellow is equipped with level indicator to stop loading and lift up the bellow when it is in contact with the cement (material filling process is finalized). The bellow is also equipped with fan filter system to prevent powder during the material filling process. The system includes a control panel as well.

PICO-DRY adsorption dryers are intended for separation of water vapour from compressed air thus reducing dew point. Those dryers were specifically designed for piston compressors with relatively small duty load (frequent start and stop). Adsorption takes place under pressure in the lower column. When the compressor stops the adsorption column is depressurised and the dry air from the buffer vessel is slowly expanded and used for regeneration. Dryer is equipped with aftercooler as well as with filter making sure that liquid water, oil and other large contaminants will not enter adsorption vessel.
