Franke Bearing Assemblies Type LVA are ready-to-install bearing assemblies with steel housing rings and integrated bearing element. They are suitable for medium rotational speeds and accuracies. They are available at short notice, some of them even from stock. Designed as 4 point bearings, they can support equally high loads from all directions and are insensitive to shocks and vibrations. Type LVA bearing assemblies are sealed on both sides and adjusted with preload.

The CR1 Euro pallet is firmly established as a multi-use pallet. The sturdy CR1 heavy-duty plastic pallet is optionally available with or without reinforcement profiles and has delivered top performances in internal logistics processes of various industries. With integrated profiles, the high performance of the pallet is met with a very high load-bearing capacity. Without steel reinforcements, the CR1 pallet is ideal for applications that do not require the capacity of the metal-reinforced version, but high performance is nonetheless essential. Install the base plate (200 x 200 mm) of this stainless steel anchorage point (Ø 16 mm) on a load-bearing steel structure and then counter it using 4 stainless steel bolts. This anchor has been awarded national technical approval by the German Institute for Construction Technology ("DIBt"). The bolts and counter nuts required are included in the package. Elastomeric bearings we have defined so far are the basic types, which constant feature is the fact that they allow all-ways movements and rotation. However, movements can be limited in one or all ways, thus obtaining guided or fixed bearings, respectively. In the first case -guided bearings- the restriction is obtained by means of guides parallel to the supporting axe that allows movement. To make friction as low as possible, PTFE and stainless steel sheets are welded to the guides.
