Franke FTB linear tables impress with their compact and robust design. The integrated aluminum roller guide is maintenance-free and protected from dirt by a metal cover. It is driven by a spindle. The IKO Linear Motor Table LT is a compact and highprecision positioning table made of aluminum alloy, with an optical linear encoder built in and an AC linear servomotor incorporated between moving table and bed. Three series (Compact Series LT···CE, Long Stroke Series LT···LD and High Thrust Series LT···H) are available and can be selected according to the application. The lightweight moving table and large thrust force of Linear Motor Table LT enables operation with high acceleration/deceleration and high response. Franke linear modules type FTD are light, compact and ready-to-install positioning units. They are extremely compact and combine the guide system and toothed belt drive within the housing. Franke FTD linear modules can be used universally. They are suitable for long stroke lengths of up to 7 meters.

Franke FTC linear modules are light, compact and ready-to-install positioning units. The external guide system is moved by an internal spindle or toothed belt drive. Franke FTC linear modules are very versatile. The guide cassette can be designed to meet customer specific requirements.

These bearing blocks permits to realize linear tables with 2 guide rods. Guided by 4 ball bushings and protected by 4 wiper seals. Quadruple bearings or bearing blocks These bearing blocks (or quadruple bearings blocks) permits to realize linear tables with 2 guide rods. Guided on 4 ball bushings and protected by 4 wiper seals. The housing is in anodized aluminium. In option, for dusty environment additionnals wipers in nitrile (/RNI) or polyurethane (/RPU). With 2 guide rods in hardened steel, you can easily make a precision linear table that will withstand significant torques and loads (according to the length of the rods). These blocks are interchangeable with the bodies of Type 306 linear tables, Type 309 trapezoidal screw tables, Type 308 ball screw tables and Type 307 pneumatic cylinder tables. They can therefore be the basis for a special execution of these products.

Strong and slim The cylinders are the basic elements of all our hydraulic linear units and table legs. They consist of a brass tube and have a piston rod made of stainless steel. Thanks to perfected technology and precision work, our cylinders guarantee a quiet, fast and precise lift for height and tilt adjustment. With diameters of 16 and 20 mm, the slim hydraulic cylinders fit perfectly in narrow guides and existing applications. Up to ten cylinders can be controlled simultaneously. This allows the realisation of very complex designs.

The ecoLine linear model surface and profile grinding machines are comprised of a single steel base design. The longitudinal linear motor drive table with a max. speed of 60 m/min is its defining characteristic. Since 1999 hundreds of these travelling table machines have been delivered and are well established in the market. The ecoLine model is available with a grinding area of 1,000 / 1,500 / 2,000 x 700 mm. The machine is equipped with linear guides in all three axes. The Y- and Z-axes are driven by servo motors and ball screws (KGT) while the longitudinal X-axis table is powered via direct drive linear motor. The standard 11 kW grinding spindle can be upgraded up to 26 kW. A wide variety of available options like different types of dressing units provide customization capabilities for specific requirements.

Our gantryLine models can process large, wide and heavy workpieces up to lengths of 5000 mm and widths up to 2000 mm with high precision. Special designs are also available to process wider and longer workpieces. This machine line with its variety of available features is suitable for surface grinding applications all the way through complex CNC manufacturing cells. Next to the horizontal grinding spindle a vertical tiltspindle can be mounted for grinding for example machines beds with under grip. The sturdy gantry-style machine design features a modern vibration-free mechanical table drive, linear guideways in all axes, an over-sized spindle drive as well as ball screws and linear scales in vertical and cross axes. These features guarantee that today’s expectations in the precision machining of large surfaces are met for rough machining and high precision machining as well.
