The high-accuracy lift tables (stages) are used where elements have to be positioned with high accuracy. With flexible adaptor plates, they fit seamlessly into UHL's modular component system. With recurring assembly dimensions, the lift tables likewise the rotary and swivel stages allow diversification when combining with other UHL's positioning systems. Backlash-free pre-loaded roll bearing guarantees a high sequence accuracy. A stepper motor and multiple threads (HT4) or 2 opposed-running wedges (HT7) are used as standard drive for the stroke. Mounting bore holes are available for the assembly of holding fixtures in the upper plate.

This simplifies installation directly on a plate or directly on the body of another table no need to build a vertical structure to fix it. In the fixed body version, they also make it possible to fix a load at the end (on the end flange) the quality of the embedding of the guide rods in this flange guarantees reliability even in the event of a bulky load (example label printer). Indeed, the assembly presented on the photo below corresponds to the height and width adjustment application of a label printer on a conveyor. The printer is attached to the end of the horizontal table and the base of the vertical table is attached to the side of the conveyor. Scissor lift tables from the KRAUS HTC series are used as assembly tables, packing tables, etc. We offer lifting tables with a payload of 1000 to 4000 kg. All lift tables in this series are manufactured in accordance with the European standard EN1570.

We provide a wide range of precise high valuable accuracy classified linear stages, open or closed frame XY stages, micropositioning elements and rotary or lift tables. Closed loop operation is supported by using optional steel or glas linear scales or rotary encoders. Standard stands in grey iron cast or granite are available additionally. The positioning systems can be driven by high resolution 1-, 2- or 3-axis motion controllers with joystick and RS232/USB/LAN interface.

Small manual positioning table Driving by metric screw M6x1 Guided by 2 rods in steel Precision and compactness of this small manual table It is the smallest manual table in our range (width 54 mm / height 27,5 mm). Screw step is 1 mm per round and axial precision of these tables is <0.05 mm after locking in position (<0,10 mm before locking in position). Locking in position is done on the transmission screw, either at the top of the bearing (position B1) or at the end of the table (position B2). Grip knob, position indicator and maxi stroke The shaft outlet is threaded to screw in the grip knob with or without a position indicator (or the handwheel, but it can’t be used with an indicator). The maxi stroke is 100 mm, and any intermediate stroke can be produced. Compact lifting table, miniature cross table and base plate A version « Z axis » allows to fix the table only by its end plate. It can be fixed directly on the carriage of another table for a YZ mounting.
