Large Load Carrier with ground size 1000x1200mm and a folding window on the long side. Walls are made of of 10mm plastic (pp) hollow core, combined with a good stacking capacity. Collapsible pallet box – trip box – Polybox. High quality for many years of use. These boxes are made of Virgin plastic (PP), which makes them suitable for the food industry and pharma. All edges are sealed, so that no contamination can occur here and cleaning according to HACCP standards is also possible. The walls are foldable to pallet size, making them easy to store when folded, while at the same time taking up little space. The accessibility of these palletboxes can be further optimized to your logistical process for insatnce by making the front side fully removable, or putting the folding window on the short side. Maximum impact protection and resistance to forklift tines is ensured through additional ribs over the entry openings. The seamless construction and smooth interior walls of this large load carrier ensure easy emptying, simple cleaning and good drying capabilities. The SB3 pallet box is available with either closed or perforated walls and bottom and a choice between three runners or nine feet. The exceptionally stable runner or foot connection ensures extreme resistance and the runner version in particular offers secure lift-tilt emptying by a rotating forklift. Additional ribs on the outer walls of the large load carrier provide increased impact protection against forklift tines. The overall seamless construction and the smooth inner surfaces of the SB3 pallet box enable easy emptying and cleaning as well as good drying properties. Stacking shoulders in the upper and lower edge make the container compatible with a large number of other pallet boxes (Euro stacking system).
