Merbenit UV27 is an elastic joint sealant that adheres to many materials, especially to selfcleaning glass. Merbenit UV27 fulfils the requirements of the International Maritime Organisation (IMO). The permanently elastic joint sealant is very resistant to UV radiation, ageing and environmental influences. Furthermore it is paintable as well as shock and vibrationresistant.

Gomastit FireSeal MS 90 is an permanently elastic SMPbased joint sealant with a fire resistance of up to 120 minutes. Tested and classified for all joint orientations according to EN 13664. The paintcompatible and permanently elastic sealant with very low volume shrinkage meets the highest demands in the fire protection sector. The very low emissions allow safe application in interior areas.

Bitumer Flexigum PU is a one-component bitumen-polyurethane compound that forms a permanently flexible and chemically resistant fastening and stress transfer compound. Bitumer Flexigum PU finds its use in: •for continuous resilient fixing of the rail as a subfloor, •rail fastening compound and as a lagging for the underfloor, •for making permanent and flexible expansion joints between concrete slabs and elements made of steel, •filling the gaps located between the road strip and the rail, •for filling concrete-to-concrete joints •filling joints, gaps, cracks and expansion joints in heavily worked asphalt and concrete pavements ( e.g., curbs on bridges), •filling joints "working" on steel and concrete bridges and other pavements characterized by strong movements.

Description The product is a fast-curing, flexible and general-use acetoxy-based filling agent used in general insulation, assembling and filling procedures. The agent ensures perfect bonding to glass, glazed surfaces, metals, plastic varieties and coated surfaces. Fields of Application Applied as a sealant to expansion joints between prefabricated structural members; assembly of wooden, PVC, iron and aluminium panels; joints of all structural materials, and wall cracks Features A paint overcoat can not be apply. Easy application. Solvent-free. Resistance to weather conditions after hardening. Technical features are preserved at a temperature range of 20oC to +70 oC. Method of Application Ensure that application surfaces are dry and cleared from grease and dust. If necessary, tape both filling surfaces for a smoother application. Perform the application at the temperature range of +5oC to 40 oC.
