Jet filter cleans the air dust mixture from dust, keeps the dust and ensures that the clean air is discharged from the chimney. The circular filter body first performs the cyclone system purification, and ensures that all dust particles are retained through the bags. It is used to separate the particles in the air used for aspiration and transport in flour mills from the air. Air containing dust and flour enters the machine and this dust sticks to the filter bags in the machine. First purification is carried out thanks to the centrifugal power generated in the round filter body. These filter bags are whipped with compressed air and the dust goes down to the bottom of the filter. Blower or compressor is used for this cleaning process. A bottom scraper or rotoflow is used for throwing these dusts accumulated under the machine. Pressure Shot blasting cabinets are designed for small and medium blasting in the cabin by talking in a way. They perform faster sandblasting than sandblasting cabinets and can be used with any type of sand. It is envisaged as an integrated state of pressure boilers and vacuum-blasting cabins. Thanks to the cartridge filter coupled inside the cabin, a clear view is provided during sandblasting and the jet-pulse system filter is automatically cleaned with the air used. The machine allows labeling with self-adhesive labels on large cylindrical or shaped bottles and drums, from the food sector to chemicals. It enables working with products of different shapes and sizes with a few simple adjustments. These machines are always tailored to the specifications of the product to be labeled, whether round or rectangular, with one or two label distribution groups. Optional features include non-standard size conveyor belts, pulling motorizations, fixed or rotating accumulation tables, handle centering devices, thermal transfer or ink-jet printing systems.
