With 110 kW, the K11000-3G high-pressure pump is a powerful plunger pump that is mostly used in intermittent operation. The reason for this is that this KAMAT high pressure pump has splash lubrication and not oil pressure lubrication. This makes the pump more suitable for intermittent operation, but it is extremely robust and can therefore be used in continuous operation even at 110 kW. Classic applications for this pump are industrial cleaning, blasting and process engineering. 17-4 PH®, a wrought compressed stainless steel powder, combines high strength and high hardness with excellent corrosion resistance, fracture toughness and heat treatment properties. When machined, 17-4 PH® produces long, gummy chips. While soft and ductile in an annealed condition, it is capable of high hardness properties with a single precipitation or aging treatment. Applications 17-4 PH® is ideal for manufacturing aircraft fittings, braces, chemical processing components, coupling, fasteners, gas turbines, gears, hydraulic actuators, jet engines, nuclear reactor parts, pump shafts, rocket and missile components, valve stems and wear rings. The physical properties of 17-4 PH® stainless steel make it weldable by common fusion and resistance techniques. Among members of the precipitation hardening class of stainless steels, 17-4 PH® has the best weldability.

The 7G injectors are pumps for pumping and mixing various media. The basic principle is simple: a gaseous media is used for the actuator; this media escapes at high pressure and high speed from a nozzle. Multi-Color Hank Dyeing It is a machine that dyes the yarn in multicolored hank form. The dyeing unit is the section where the skeins lined up on the moving teflon band are dyed with special adjustable nozzles. The hanks dyed in the fixing tunnel are pre-fixed with direct or indirect heating. The hanks coming out of the fixing tunnel are washed with the help of a pump with the jet system for softening / washing and subjected to pre-spinning. There is a separate dye tank for each color in the machine.
