AT/10 are equipped with two horizontal rolling cylinders. The models AT/16 and AT/20 have two horizontal and two vertical rolling cylinders. The wire pointing machine Mod. AT/14 can be supplied either with two rolling cylinders and with four.All the models can be supplied installed on a movable carriage or on a fixed base.

The cold rolling line is completed by a vertical uncoiler with two tilting arms for the loading of coils in horizontal, a mechanic descaling machine, a lubricant dispenser, three rolling/profiling cassettes, a spooler. The smooth or ribbed wire produced by the cold rolling line can be collected with horizontal spoolers on fixed reels of 2 or 3 tons, or with single or double vertical spoolers on fixed or collapsible reels of 2 or 3 tons. The feed heads model PR are installed on top or at the exit of our in-line wire drawers model SKP. Their function is to bring the wire from the dancer of the wire drawer to the feed rolls of the cold header in a pre-straightened form. The feed rolls can be pneumatic or hydraulic, according to the machine size.

Their main functions are: Feed and pre-straighten wire from coils into the next production machine (an in-line wire drawing machine or a cold heading machine), with consistent reduction of downtimes. Make the wire advance to the feed rolls of the cold heading machine, with reduction of the load on the feeding mechanism of the cold header. The vertical spoolers which take-up the smooth or ribbed wire coming from the cold rolling line, can be supplied also in the version Mod. BVD with double reel, for reducing the downtimes. Tecno Impianti designs and manufactures this machine both in the version with manual cut of the wire and with automatic blocking and cut of the wire. The double vertical spooler can be supplied in the version for 2 or 3 Tons reels

Tecno Impianti designs and manufactures vertical spoolers Mod. BV for the the take-up on fixed or collapsible reels of the smooth or ribbed wire coming from the cold rolling line. The vertical spoolers manufactured by Tecno Impianti can work with reels of 2 or 3 Tons. It can be supplied as an accessory item also a steel strapping unit for the production of bound coils.
