The C2 fully insulated multi-function tank can also be used for tartaric stabilization. The latter is employed as a wine preserving principle: stabilization and lowering of the degree of solubility of potassium bitartrate, which when crystallised is removed from the wine by filtering.

Discontinuous distillation plant for production of high quality distillates with a minimum of impurities. Characterized by original solutions, it allows to realize the process in manual. The equipment is built with sophisticated manufacturing techniques and is designed for use in small-sized distilleries where drinks of especially high quality are produced (schnapps made from grapes or other fermented fruit - brandy - “grappa” – whisky - gin - beer distillates). A little plant achieving big goals.

C26 single cavity rotary vacuum filter for cyclical processing with filter aiding precoat. The almost total elimination of the unused portion is the most important innovation, guaranteeing: • Significant reduction of the amount of air drawn in • An increase in the drying surface, meaning higher output The filter in stainless steel shows numerous innovations: • Hydrodynamic system to keep the pre-cake suspension homogeneous, thereby limiting the interspace between the tank and drum • Pulp input by means of an electric reversible positivedisplacement pump • Filtered fluid drawn off by means of a submersed electric pump • Pulp deposit on the drum surface regulated by an impeller • Thermostatic control ensures low water consumption for the vacuum pump liquid ring Especially effective in the wine-making sector for filtering grape must in its natural state or after enzymatic treatment and recovery of the liquid part of the dregs from decanting, centrifugal processing and first racking

The Helicoid monotube heat exchanger, operating by means of counterflowing cooling or heating fluids, has an exceptionally high heat exchange coefficient, due to the special corrugated profile of the two concentric stainless steel pipes. This considerably reduces the exchange surface compared with conventional smooth pipe heat exchangers. A wide range of original applications are available. This is the only tubular heat exchanger for the homogeneous cooling or heating of grape mash (with or without stalks), fruit pulp and other products containing suspended solids or fibres (up to 25-30%). It is therefore ideal for: • in-line chilling of white grape mash at 15°C, to prevent fermentation before pressing • instantaneous chilling of black grape mash at 25°C • black grape mash fermentation control by means of by-pass circulation. Made entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel Supplied on request with effective insulation by injected expanded polyurethane and a stainless steel cover
