Washing machine for external cleaning of glass bottles and jars. The Lab-10 model is designed for integration into bottling lines with productions of up to 1200 bottles/hour (for higher productions, other models are available up to 10,000 bottles/hour). Thanks to its integrated traction motor and compact dimensions, its installation is simple and possible in any condition. The machine is equipped with a series of devices for the thorough washing of all parts of the bottle: - Adjustable-height upper brush for cap washing - Lower brush for bottom cleaning - High-speed rotating central vertical brush for washing the entire bottle surface Once the bottle washing is completed, two stainless steel blowing blades, powered by a high-pressure fan, ensure the drying of the entire surface for labeling.

Automatic rinsers respectively with 4 and 6 positions operate using a water injection system with continuous flow. An optional recirculation kit with an integrated filtration system allows the use of a sterilizing or rinsing solution. An 'air blowing' version is also available. These machines allow the internal rinsing of new containers before filling, without wetting the exterior, using water previously filtered through a 0.35µm filtration cartridge. They do not require equipment for additional formats: format change is achieved through a few simple adjustments. The machines are entirely constructed in AISI 304 Stainless Steel and with plastic materials compliant with relevant directives. Machines provided in this manner are ready for integration into bottling or food packaging lines. Production: 800 bottles/hour for 4 positions - 1500 bottles/hour for 6 positions.

The Ultrasound washing machine cleans and degreases plastic materials or acetate in general or small pieces in metal in water and/or cleanser. The cleaning action in a ultrasound washing machine is due to the vibration and cavitations produced by high frequency sound waves. They are not the ultrasound that clean the object surfaces but the fine cavitations and important molecular vibration. According to the Company’s Philosophy, only high quality materials are used. Production is respectful of security norms and the machine is completely made in stainless steel. For a better control of the process, the machine is equipped with: – Ultrasound transducers situated on the bottom or on the inside – Liquid Heating controlled by a thermostat – Power regulation – soundproofing and insulation – tank for rinsing by immersion with spray controlled by pedal – top to close tanks

Suitable for the recovery, compaction and drying of sand from aggregate washing. Our cyclonic separation units are extremely high-performing and efficient thanks to the latest generation of pumps and rotors made of wear-resistant material. The system is composed of the water + sand receiving tank, suction head or immersion booster pump, hydrocyclone for sand compaction and vibro-dryer for drainage and drying. Available in various ranges according to the flow to be achieved.

Screw recovery systems are used to recover and drain sand from aggregate washing plants. Designed and manufactured in our factories, these machines are also installed at the outlet of wet-running bar mills. They are also used in soil washing plants for the recovery of the organic fractions within contaminated materials.

Our bucket recovery systems are simple but well thought out and are used downstream of the sorting machine with washing. The particular configuration of our buckets means that the loss of the fine material is extremely limited, thus increasing the sand yield. The reduced electrical consumption compared with high efficiency makes these machines a cheap and effective solution for handling sand recovery.

Sand Classification Units with hydrocyclones are systems composed of a sand + water receiving tank (turbid), a suction head or immersion launch pump, a hydrocyclone for concentration of the sands and a vibro-dryer for drainage and drying. The sizes of the various components will vary depending on the quantity and concentration of the turbid matter.
