Due to the structural characteristics of the materials of which they are made, these rollers are used for motor-driven conveyor in combined systems of handling and stockpiling of light, medium-heavy and heavy packages in normal, dusty, corrosive, and also humid and warm environments.They are made of clamped or monobloc base rollers with steel tube, crown and simple double steel pinions, aligned on the tube or at one end of the jacket.

Steel rollers with the jacket consisting of tube and bearing mounting head rigidly coupled by welding.Monobloc steel rollers are used in conveyors with medium, heavy or very heavy loads. Depending on their application, the rollers have specific shapes for connection to the structure. This need is particularly noticeable in the production of gravity and motor-driven conveyors.For the correct installation of steel idlers, refer to the “Fixing rollers to structures” section on page 11.For the correct installation of motor-driven rollers, refer to the “Fixing rollers to structures” section on page 68. The diagrams and Table 60 show the shapes of the ends of the axles envisaged in TECNORULLI production’s “Monobloc steel rollers” programme.On request, other forms of connections and rollers with hubs can be considered.

Due to the characteristics of the materials of which they are made, these rollers are used in conveyors operating in highly corrosive environmental conditions.With a state-of-the-art manufacture, they possess the requisites of the specifications for steel rollers on page 4. Operating temperature: 10 ÷ +50 [°C].

PVC-STEEL cylindrical and tapered rollers with one or two grooves rolled on the steel tube, driven by round belt links in series or individually connected to a transmission bar activated by the motor unit. PVC and PVC-STEEL rollers with flat or toothed polyamide resin PA or steel ACC pulley driven by tangential belt or belt links in series. The diagrams and tables on page 86 show the dimensional characteristics and minimum and maximum lengths of manufacture. The rollers for flat or toothed belts are produced in the following versions: with pinion integral to the jacket for continuous transport; with friction pulley for stockpiling transport and in the connection of machines operating at different speeds.

Steel rollers with jacket consisting of tube and bearing mounting head rigidly coupled by pressure. They are mounted on pre-lubricated angular or radial ball bearings protected with double-labyrinth dust seals. Clamped steel rollers are used in belt conveyors with limited or medium-heavy loads. The diagrams and tables on page 34 show the dimensional characteristics and maximum loads. Operating temperature:-10 ÷ +90 [°C].

Steel rollers with jacket consisting of tube and bearing mounting head rigidly coupled by welding. They are mounted on pre-lubricated angular or radial ball bearings and protected with double labyrinth, triple labyrinth dust seals with additional watertight protection. Monobloc steel rollers are used in belt conveyors with medium, heavy or very heavy loads. The diagrams and tables on page 42 show the dimensional characteristics and maximum loads.Operating temperature:-10 ÷ +90 [°C].

Straight brackets made of cold-formed sheet steel, fitted with housing for supporting the roller axle.The choice of brackets to be welded or secured by screws depends on the type of roller to be supported and the installation to be achieved.See diagrams and tables.

Steel clamped and monobloc idlers with double cylindrical tube or conical tube.They are used in the production of gravity or push curves. Curves with rollers are used to deflect the straight running direction of the package in a circular direction.Their opening angle α° is normally 45°, 90° or 180°.Depending on the flow of material running clockwise or anticlockwise, they are named right or left.In the production of curves with idlers, the following types of rollers can be used:_ individual cylindrical rollers mounted in radially staggered fashion (base-idlers)

Steel rollers with the jacket consisting of tube and bearing mounting head rigidly coupled by pressure.They are mounted on pre-lubricated and protected radial bearings with full complement of balls.They are used in the production of light gravity and push conveyors.Normal operating temperature, TN:_5 ÷ +80 [°C].

They are used in gravity and motor-driven conveyors for guiding and keeping pallets and packages in general in line.The flanges may be made of bolted aluminum UNI 4514, bracketed and tightened on the tube according to the installation to be achieve, or of welded sheet steel, pressure keyed on the tube and joined by continuous welding.See diagrams and tables.

Steel rollers or with polyamide resin sectors driven by tangential chain or chain with links in series.The jacket is composed of an austenitic stainless steel tube AISI 304 (on request, AISI 316, etc. …) with a constant thickness or cylindrical polyamide resin sectors reinforced with glass microspheres. The axle is made of drawn austenitic stainless steel round AISI 303 (on request. AISI 304, AISI 316, etc. …) They are used in motor-driven conveyors and in motor-driven conveyors for stockpiling with medium-high loads and medium speeds, in bad environmental conditions.In order to facilitate installation, TECNORULLI provides brackets for mounting on the structure. Clamped or monobloc steel rollers mounted on pre-lubricated and protected radial ball bearings.The externally threaded axle protrudes from one end of the tube only. They are vertically mounted, with a guiding and sliding function, in gravity or motor-driven conveyors.The technical characteristics of Series 6 rollers are those of the relative base rollers.

Rollers PVC-STEEL rollers with resin polyamide PA or steel ACC pinion driven by tangential chain or chain with links in serie. The diagrams and tables on pages 66 and 67 show the dimensional characteristics and minimum and maximum lengths of manufacture. The rollers are produced in the following versions: with pinion integral to the jacket for continuous transport; with pinion clutch for stockpiling transport and in connection of machines operating at different speeds.

Steel clamped or monobloc rollers mounted on pre-lubricated and protected radial ball bearings.The externally threaded shaft protrudes from only one end of the tube.In belt conveyors, they are vertically mounted in pairs at the edges of the rubber matting, with the function of restricting any lateral slipping. They are installed on self-centring stations with the same function.The technical characteristics of Series 6 rollers are those of the relative base rollers.Other finishes, see page 30.

Garland roller sets are used in belt conveyors that have to handle blunt, bulky, heavy materials. The increased containment capacity of the roller basin facilitates higher speed of transport than those of traditional stations. For upper stations in current use installations, garland sets with 3 and 5 steel or rubberised impact rollers are mounted; for lower stations, garland sets with 2 steel rollers or with scraping rubber rings are mounted. The flexibility of garland sets enables their adaptation to the material to be transported, facilitates transportation, reduces impacts on the rollers, and limits any lateral slipping of the rubber matting. The diagrams and Table 90 show the shapes of mountings of garland sets envisaged in TECNORULLI’s production programme. Other shapes may be considered on request.

They consist of two steel clamped or monobloc rollers mounted on a single “V”-folded shaft. They have the upper bearing mounting heads with hermetic closure and the lower ones, with protruding shaft, with labyrinth dust protection. The shaft is locked in the housing of the central bracket.The latter, with a base plate fitted with mounting holes, is made of cold-formed steel sheet.They are used in concave belt conveyors that operate, even in bad environmental conditions, at medium-high speed, with medium loads and sizes.

Due to the structural characteristics of the materials of which they are made, these rollers are used in belt conveyors in handling systems of bulk materials, including sharp and abrasive, mixed size, large and heavy materials, in normal, dusty and aggressive environments. As upper rollers, their field of application is specifically in the loading areas of conveyors to protect the rubber matting from the dynamic action of falling materials. They consist of monobloc base rollers with steel tube and special anti-abrasive rubber rings pressure-aligned on the jacket.
