Extra Virgin Olive Oil Italian Oil – Cold extracted The “Classic” Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained from a melange of extra virgin oils produced from olives harvested throughout the entire production period (from November to February) and processed in a continuous cold process. The “Classico” is an Extra Virgin with very balanced characteristics, fragrant, with a delicate flavor and a warm yellow color. Product label In the 'Attachments' you will find the label with the nutritional data and other information about the product. Pairings The “Classico” accompanies any dish well, even if it is especially recommended raw, both for salads and vegetables and to finish fish, grilled meat and minestrone.
