Construction in stainless steel (AISI 304) with rounded shapes for easy cleaning, digital panel, vacuum gauge for constant vacuum control and 100 m³/h vacuum pump for a high packaging speed. The opposing sealing bars have a length of mm. 820 and the distance between the front bars and the rear bars is 700 mm. The machine is equipped with a gas injection valve (packaging in MAP).

VACUUM PACKAGING MACHINES DZ 500 T - BIG CHAMBER Bench vacuum packaging machine with front sealing bar, made ​​of stainless steel (AISI 304), equipped with digital panel and electronic volumetric sensor that assures a steady control of vacuum. The bigger chamber with rounded lid allows the packaging of products with max. eight of mm. 180 and the vacuum pump from 20 m3 / h. ensures high productivity. Also available DZQ with gas inlet valve (modified atmosphere). Vacuum machines can be equipped with gas injection system (MAP). Each sealing bar is equipped with two nozzles which introduce gases in different quantities, so the machines are suitable for the packaging of one single use for each sealing bar. When ordering, it is possible to request a modification to the gas inlet system so as to be able to pack two bags per bar by entering the same quantity of gas for each package.

VERTICAL VACUUM SEALING MACHINE FOR BAGS - ALSO WITH MAP GAS INLET The sealers mod. DZQ 600 LS/DZQ 800 LS are multifunctional machines suitable for sealing and vacuum packing large bags and sacks, also in MAP (with technical gas injection). The vacuum pump of 20 mc./h. it minimizes air intake times and the machines are equipped with valves for the injection of inert gas for packaging in a modified atmosphere. The double sealing bars with a width of 10 mm. and compressed air closure ensure perfect sealing on any type of material, even of high thickness. The bars are closed by means of a double button command (dual safety control). The sack support surface is adjustable. Thickness max. bag mm. 0.20 (0.8 total with bellows) By means of selectors and potentiometers it is possible to set the "sealing", "empty time" and "gas injection time" functions. The machine is equipped with two nozzles which, when the vacuum option is activated, descend into the bag and perform suction.
