The lifting platforms HW-C series are lifting equipment to be installed in a fixed position and are driven by a hydraulic power pack. Manufactured according to the accident prevention, they consist of two platforms (upper and lower) and a pantograph system actuated by a hydraulic cylinder. Lifting platform single pantograph with U or E profile (FPHU/FPHE 1000) for the insertion of the pallet. On request it is possible to make a modification to the platform transforming the profile from U to E in order to have a central support for the pallet. This variant guarantees the lifting of heavy pallets without risk of flexing. For correct operation of the platform the load must be distributed evenly regardless of the type of profile in use. PLATFORM ON WHEELS 800X1600 - LOAD 500 KG The manual lifting trolley is a special model with a large and sturdy structure in sheet steel with reinforced edges. With a lifting height of 900 mm, it transports all types of goods to a comfortable working height. It is equipped with a sturdy pedal pump, which allows effortless lifting of the table.

Mechanical platform with wheels and single pantographwith actuation by crank. The platform consists of a sturdy steel frame and is equipped with polyurethane wheels with locking brake. The movement ascent and descent takes place through the actuation of a crank with threaded pin which opens and closes the pantograph. Turning the handle clockwise opens the pantograph and the platform is lifted, naturally turning counterclockwise this lowers. (is the system of mechanical cric). The mechanical crank platform is used primarily as a work surface and where you have to make a few lifting because it is slower than the hydraulic models. The white stretch film 30 my, is suitable to protect the contents of the pallets from sunlight. The white film is opaque. Can be used to hide valuable goods during transport. The type of films supplied by us is of premium quality and is suitable to be used on our machines. We recommend using only top quality film in that it significantly reduces packaging waste and problems caused by use of an unsuitable product.

Following some modifications made to the machines it is no longer possible to have front loading. The pallet must not have the lower sleepers on the insertion side of the pallet truck. In the basic version, for safety reasons, the operator must always keep the button or the footswitch pressed during winding. Releasing it, the rotary table stops randomly, so you must manually align the platform to the unloading position. When ordering, it is possible to purchase the surcharge for the electrical system with PLC LOGO SIEMENS, complete with safety photocell on the pallet load, programming of the number of revolutions, variation of the table speed (inverter) and stop in the unloading position. With this modification the power supply of the table goes from 380V to 220V.
