Machines designed for packaging liquid or dense food products in jars and bottles, for dosing sauces, gravies, mayonnaise, fruit juices, syrups, purees, yogurt, kefir, and milk. Equipped with dosers featuring rotary pumps made of AISI 304 stainless steel, motorized with electric motors and controlled by inverters. Dosing and rotation speed are adjustable via an electronic pulse counter set through a touch-screen interface. Drip-proof nozzle with a two-way pneumatic valve synchronized with the dosing, pneumatically controlled. Dosing can be adjusted from 20 cc and above. Container movement on a chain with stainless steel or acetalic shutter, synchronized with the container introduction and filling phases. The base model comes with 3 dosers, but versions with 2, 4, 6, or 8 dosing heads can be customized. The standard version does not require format changes. Hourly production: ranging from 500 to 6,000 pieces per hour.

Fully automatic machines for applying self-adhesive labels on cylindrical and conical bottles and jars. Extremely versatile and easy to use, suitable for various industries, from beverage bottling to packaging of food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and chemical products. Available with a wide range of customizations, including: - Capability to install from 1 to 3 labeling groups - 360° wrap-around labeling - Application of seal labels on jars - Centering of existing marks, logos, labels - Integration of dispenser and capsule closing head for the wine and olive oil sectors - Printing of batch, expiry date, and other markings - Adaptations for labeling square and conical bottles - Adaptations for small-sized bottles and jars (miniatures, single-dose) - Tables and collection plates for labeled products Production: Approximately 1,000 pieces/hour.

Automatic rinsers respectively with 4 and 6 positions operate using a water injection system with continuous flow. An optional recirculation kit with an integrated filtration system allows the use of a sterilizing or rinsing solution. An 'air blowing' version is also available. These machines allow the internal rinsing of new containers before filling, without wetting the exterior, using water previously filtered through a 0.35µm filtration cartridge. They do not require equipment for additional formats: format change is achieved through a few simple adjustments. The machines are entirely constructed in AISI 304 Stainless Steel and with plastic materials compliant with relevant directives. Machines provided in this manner are ready for integration into bottling or food packaging lines. Production: 800 bottles/hour for 4 positions - 1500 bottles/hour for 6 positions.
