TIPPING CONTAINERS Tipping containers in steel sheet painted watertight, with the base fork mounted for lifting with a forklift. They are supplied in series with settling tank, filter sheet for the separation of liquids or solid substances and cap for the discharge of liquids. The reversal is automatic and is done via the release lever. A rope is used to activate the lever directly from the cab of the truck and then to operate in maximum security. All containers are equipped with wheels for manual handling. On request they can be equipped with feet.

ELECTRICAL ELEVATOR WITH FRONT TIPPING BY 85° FPLTM10E The elevator-tilter for dump boxes with hydraulic pump driven by the rudder allows operators to lift and fold up to a maximum of 85° each type of fork mounted container (plastic, metal, wood) and to withdraw/deposit products with maximum safety. The height of a pick-up is about 1000-1200 mm. (Depends on the level of tipping) and allows operators to maintain an ergonomically correct position. Equipped with sturdy steel frame with fork tip rounded, steering wheels in polyurethane with parking brake and foot protectors. OPERATION: After braking the wheels, for lifting it is sufficient to press the button on the rudder which regulates the ascent and descent of the forks. The tilting is done by pressing the buttonhole located on the rudder, the UP button tilts the load to the operator, while the DOWN button will lower it again.

They consist of a sturdy frame in painted steel and supports with fixable feet, adjustable height. The high-quality rollers are made of galvanized steel with rotation on shielded ball bearings and complete with pinions or sprockets. The transmission is a chain loops or tangential chain. The geared motors groups have suitable power with start/stop switches or photocells control. CONTAINERS WITH OPENABLE BOTTOM - ONE OPENING - FOR SEPARATE COLLECTION AND INDUSTRIAL WASTE Containers in electro-welded steel, powder coated, equipped with feet. Ideal for use in separate collection of urban, artisanal and industrial waste, for materials such as wood, iron, paper, metal scraps, chipboards etc. The containers can be hooked and lifted by forklift. Waste collection takes place by inserting waste materials from above; while the emptying, for the unloading of the waste, takes place from the bottom, and is accomplished through the actuation of the lever placed on the side of the bin. A cable can be attached to the lever to allow the operator to operate it without having to get off the forklift. The bottom with total opening guarantees a quick and complete unloading of the inserted materials. Since the bins are not hermetically sealed, they are not suitable for inserting waste and residues, soaked in liquids, solvents, oils or the like. The boxes are blue.
