SINGLE AND DOUBLE PE CONTAINMENT TANKS FOR 1000 LT TANKS. - DIRECT LOAD Direct load containment tanks made of sturdy polyethylene, very resistant and light. They are suitable for the safe storage and emptying of 1000 liter tanks. In the models with direct loading, the grid or pallet supporting the tank are replaced by the presence of special lateral supports which make the product particularly robust. The tanks are resistant to most acids, bases and oils. The standard color is blue. FPDC1 1000 PE direct charge single tank with load 1500 kg. - suitable for a 1000 l tank. FPDC2 1000 PE direct charge double tank with load 2500 kg. - suitable for two 1000 l tanks. side by side.

ACCUMULATION ROTATING TABLE IN STAINLESS STEEL AISI 304 The rotary table of accumulation is generally used in the final part of the packaging lines and facilitates the discharge of the packs, facilitating the sampling operations by the operator. The stainless tables are available with rotating table diameter from mm. 800 to 1400 mm and exist in concave or convex version (ideal for bags and products that are accumulated) and flat (ideal for bottles, cans and products that can spill). The tables are supplied with adjustable feet up to 40 mm. On request it is possible to have wheels with brakes. Edges and sides stainless steel version The flat stainless steel version is equipped with containment rod while the concave tables do not have containment systems as the products accumulate in the center. The models in flat version can be equipped with double-rod containment, closed side with height 50 cm, exit slide, load system for incoming products

Thanks to special nozzle nebulizes the glue and does not create thickness. Suitable for the bonding of large surfaces. The closed fusion system container allows to have in a few seconds a large amount of molten adhesive to a fast dispensing. The temperature is electronically controlled by an LCD display, which guarantees a particular precision and ease of use. With the melting tank (optional) you can heat the glue before use, making the use of the gluing machine faster and cheaper.
