Combined cut-to-length and recoiling lines, that decoil, straighten, cut and recoil various kinds of sheet metal. They are suitable for coils of sheet-metal of any kind and with max thickness 4 mm. The results are parcels of blanks that can be piled-up with a stacker and recoiled strips of different widths, even obtained by partial cut. Our plants are provided of remote assistance equipment, to guarantee precise and immediate interventions, to modify the software parameters and quickly solve emergencies and stops of the machines.

PACK POINT 08 - CASE ERECTOR Semiautomatic carton erector. It forms the bottom of uniform size batches of American type boxes, with operator. Operation is simple , just insert the open box in the case erector. The four bottom flaps are folded and the box is automatically locked in position for filling. A pneumatic pusher makes the expulsion of the box to a taping machine . The PACK POINT 08 when combined with a taping machine is a compact and productive semi-automatic packaging line. The machine is equipped with 4 wheels with brakes.

CJS 25 HI is an electronic dosing device with load cells for semi-automatic filling of bags with max weight 25 kg. Hopper capacity 300 l, bags weight 2-25 kg. The machine is suitable for the automatic dosage of granular products with a good flowability. The dispenser is mainly formed by a welded and painted tubular steel, stainless steel, loading hopper with pneumatic closing, fast discharge channel, slow discharge channel with vibrator to achieve the exact weight, weighing hopper installed on load cells, pneumatic device for locking the empty bag, PLC operator interface and user-friendly keyboard. The dispenser can be combined with a motorized conveyor for automatic loading of the product and to a free or motorized conveyor for unloading the full bag, it can also be combinated with an automatic packaging machine. All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel. Ideal for packaging of pellets, granulated foods, dried pasta (short), cereals, coffee, nuts, sugar, etc.

FPXBAG-NEW is an innovative semiautomatic vertical packaging machine which combines different existing technologies with unique innovations. FPXBAG-NEW is an easy to use, economical and functional form-fill-seal machine which creates 3 hermetic sealing bags starting from a plain foil roll. Compared to the other vertical machines, FPXBAG-NEW has an innovative system of forming box which allows to get a fast format change. This systems reduces the machine shot-down and we gain in productivity. Moreover the two clamps of the horizontal sealing allow to keep the forming bag in position reducing the any break possibility. The key factor of the FPXBAG-NEW is the versatility of the machine which can seal any kind of film, this thanks to the incomparable sealing system. The machine is supplied with 1 forming tube type 200 (suitable for making bags with a width of 185 mm). On request it is possible to have forming tubes with different sizes, type 200 and type 250.

The automatic single-head cappers are designed to apply aluminum caps or screw-on and snap-on plastic caps to glass or PET bottles. All closure heads are made entirely of stainless steel, as well as most of the machine components. The speed variation is electronic, controlled by an inverter. Other capping systems are available to meet different needs: cork, crown, twist-off. It is also possible to combine 2 turrets on the same machine with different combinations, for example, screw cap + cork, cork + crown, screw cap + T-cork. The range of single-head cappers is designed for productions of up to approximately 2,500 bottles per hour and can be integrated with automatic cap feeding systems of both mechanical and pneumatic types.

The FL series of light rotary tillers, which can be attached to small and medium-sized tractors with 15 to 40 HP, is ideal for use in orchards, vineyards and market gardens. Designed with the most up-to-date technology to meet the requirements of ever more advanced farming techniques, these machines combine versatility and compactness with extremely easy handling, which means they are at home on any type of terrain. The 3rd floating point and the adjustable hitches are always centered on the tractor axis but allow the tiller to be moved 16 cm to the right. This important innovation has been employed on the 1100 - 1200 -1300 and 1400 versions of the FL series, and on all the FM models. The chain drive, positioned at the side of the tiller, is housed in an oil bath and has a manual tension regulator. The disk rotor has 6 hoes per disk. Side skids used to adjust the tilling depth are standard fittings. The standard universal joint can be supplied with a clutch or bolt limiting device upon request.
