MECHANICAL/HYDRAULIC FM LIFTERS FOR FURNITURE Ideal for transporting furniture, safes, containers and machine tools. The FM series mechanical/hydraulic lifter kit for furniture is suitable for moving furniture components in furniture stores, during removals or simply when you need to move furniture safely and without any effort. The maximum load capacity of the pair is 600kg (FM60 mechanical model) and 1800kg (FM180/A - FM 180/B hydraulic models). The kit consists of 2 lifts with lifting plates with non-slip coating and a strap for fixing. Lifting is by means of a screw with crank for the FM 60 model and a practical lever with a hydraulic pump for FM 180. The lifts are equipped with non-marking pivoting rubber wheels with steering lever. PCHAINS are manufactured according to the international regulation din 8187 and din 8188. They are made by top quality steel whose mechanical features are very high. During the automatized assembly the PCHAINS are put under tension to set the dimension and to avoid strain in the initial pressure. PCHAINS are lubricated in oil , packed in plastic bags and then put in cardboerd boxes. You can find in the list the most used products. FRONT AND REAR MOWERS SUITABLE FOR ATV/QUAD Agile, robust and safe on any kind of ground, the TC Special series of Caroni Mowers are the ideal partners of ATV/QUAD models. Designed and realized according to the most recent construction technologies and systems, both in front and rear version, they can guarantee a clean and precise cut, 25 to 100mm (1" to 4" inch) on the whole working width of 1200 or 1500 mm (48" or 59" inch). Other versions can also be realized: with a 1800 mm (71" inch) working width and rear or side unloading, or with a 2400 mm (95" inch) working width with rear unloading. Available in eight models with side or rear unloading and manual or electric start-up, they are equipped with a monobloc self-supporting cold-drawn frame that makes them especially robust. Their reduced weight makes all manoeuvres easier. Easy cutting height adjustment: simply by shifting the spacers mounted on the fork axle. The drawbar is floating to let the machine easily follow the ground unevenness. Furthermore, various positions are available in order to shift the machine as to tractor. Seven greasing points are available, easy to reach. The belt tension is obtained by adjusting the screw mounted under the motor and can be checked easily, too. Briggs & Stratton engines 11.5 HP are mounted on the standard versions of the TC SPECIAL machines for ATV/QUAD models, but other engines fromthe best manufacturers in the market are also available. There are no problems with blocked mower wheels, because a special scraper makes sure that no lumps accumulate. One of the best things about the Mulching and Recycle System is that it cuts down on the time and money spent on picking up, moving and disposing of all those grass cuttings. Another plus is that the shredded grass and leaves make wonderful natural compost “ not too wet, not too dry - which is recycled into the biological chain without doing any damage.
