Dorado: solid beech resin-coated multi- layer frame with support in SEBS on top of the frame and slats in beech wood always guarantee correct support for the mattress. Slats 25x8 mm in the shoulder area for a more flexible support. Firmness adjustment: In the lumbar region the bed frame is made with a special system of double slats and slider that work to regulate the hardness. Angular plate in nylon-fiber glass: the feet are fixed to the bed frame using a special angular plate in nylon fiber glass that works also as stabilizer support. FRONT AND REAR MOWERS SUITABLE FOR ATV/QUAD Agile, robust and safe on any kind of ground, the TC Special series of Caroni Mowers are the ideal partners of ATV/QUAD models. Designed and realized according to the most recent construction technologies and systems, both in front and rear version, they can guarantee a clean and precise cut, 25 to 100mm (1" to 4" inch) on the whole working width of 1200 or 1500 mm (48" or 59" inch). Other versions can also be realized: with a 1800 mm (71" inch) working width and rear or side unloading, or with a 2400 mm (95" inch) working width with rear unloading. Available in eight models with side or rear unloading and manual or electric start-up, they are equipped with a monobloc self-supporting cold-drawn frame that makes them especially robust. Their reduced weight makes all manoeuvres easier. Easy cutting height adjustment: simply by shifting the spacers mounted on the fork axle. The drawbar is floating to let the machine easily follow the ground unevenness. Furthermore, various positions are available in order to shift the machine as to tractor. Seven greasing points are available, easy to reach. The belt tension is obtained by adjusting the screw mounted under the motor and can be checked easily, too. Briggs & Stratton engines 11.5 HP are mounted on the standard versions of the TC SPECIAL machines for ATV/QUAD models, but other engines fromthe best manufacturers in the market are also available. Furthermore, various accessories are available in order to complete the machine equipment: from a mulching kit to inflatable wheels, to a centralized greasing kit. The Mulching and Recycle System comes in a wide variety of different versions to match Caroni entire range of rear, side and multiple rotary mowers. The kit contains a set of special steel shredding blades and a steel case, which are easily fixed to any of our mowers. The mower blades mow the grass finely and evenly because they keep so close to the contours of the ground. At the same time the special blades, which are mounted on the same axle, shred the newly mown grass and and/or leaves mixed together inside the case. The mulched grass is then spread over the ground. There are no problems with blocked mower wheels, because a special scraper makes sure that no lumps accumulate. One of the best things about the Mulching and Recycle System is that it cuts down on the time and money spent on picking up, moving and disposing of all those grass cuttings. Another plus is that the shredded grass and leaves make wonderful natural compost “ not too wet, not too dry - which is recycled into the biological chain without doing any damage. In addition, as all our mowers are fitted with a safety deflector, there is no risk of any gravel or other small objects being spread on the ground with the mulch.
