Designed and produced with the most up-to-date technologies and the most advanced construction systems, it is ideal for use with tractors ranging between 12 and 60 HP. Available with cutting widths of 1200, 1500, 1800 and 2350 mm, it can be used for any type of grassy area from fields to golf courses, parks to motorway grass verges, lawns to sports grounds. Four extralarge wheels always ensure a precise cut, which may range from 25 to 100 mm. Pneumatic tyres can also be supplied for all models All models are based on a support chassis consisting of a single cold-drawn block. Toughness and compactness are just two more features that apply to this adaptable, easyto-handle machine. This series consists of seven versions: TC 480NSLD, TC 590NSLD, TC 710NSLD with side grass dumping. TC 480NSRD, TC 590NSRD, TC 710NSRD and TC 910NSRD with rear grass dumping. Other features are its easy-to-adjust cutting height, which can be altered simply by shifting the spacers mounted on the fork shaft, its 3rd anchoring point, which €œfloats€? to allow the machine to follow the contour of the ground, and its easily-regulated belt tension, which simply requires the adjustment of a single screw. Standard hitches mounted on the mower mean that it can be used with any type of tractor. The first five models have seven easilyaccessible greasing points, whereas the TC 910NSRD, which is fitted with 5 trimming blades, has nine. This version is ideal for mowing vast areas and ensures a particularly high quality cut due to the fact that its bottom tractor hitching points have a floating system with maximum oscillation of 45 degrees. The mower can therefore follow all the ups and downs in the grassy areas to give aesthetically perfect results. Grass expulsion is made easier by the use of a rear outlet, which is fitted with a safety deflector. The Mulching and Recycle System comes in a wide variety of different versions to match Caroni entire range of rear, side and multiple rotary mowers. The kit contains a set of special steel shredding blades and a steel case, which are easily fixed to any of our mowers. The mower blades mow the grass finely and evenly because they keep so close to the contours of the ground. At the same time the special blades, which are mounted on the same axle, shred the newly mown grass and and/or leaves mixed together inside the case. The mulched grass is then spread over the ground. There are no problems with blocked mower wheels, because a special scraper makes sure that no lumps accumulate. One of the best things about the Mulching and Recycle System is that it cuts down on the time and money spent on picking up, moving and disposing of all those grass cuttings. Another plus is that the shredded grass and leaves make wonderful natural compost €“ not too wet, not too dry - which is recycled into the biological chain without doing any damage. In addition, as all our mowers are fitted with a safety deflector, there is no risk of any gravel or other small objects being spread on the ground with the mulch.

Tough and simple to use The tough and simple-to-use TL series, available in versions TL0900 - TL1200 and TL1500, is specialized in cutting grass on any type of terrain. Three rotors can be used: type A for a normal cut, and type F, fitted with twice the number of blades with respect to type A, to give a more accurate and closer cut, and type P, which thanks to the horizontal cutting edge of the blade permits an excellent finish cutting of the grassland. These mowers have fixed tractor hitches, and their drive is provided by 2 trapezoidal belts with automatic spring-adjusted tensioner. TM 1300 - TM 1600 TM 1900, which can also be mounted with an additional rotor with respect to the TL series. This B type rotor is ideal for cutting down bushes and can therefore be used for clearing undergrowth, uncultivated fields, motorway verges. It can also be used for stalk shredding after crop harvesting. The TM series differs from the TL series in that its hitches and 3rd point have two different positions, and three belts are used for the drive, which is decidedly more substantial in the TM series. Both series, however, guarantee the correct cutting height by using an adjustable rear roller and a scraper, which keeps the mower clean. A set of side skids can be supplied upon request to suit the various different types of terrain. Both the TM and TL series mount steel protections as a standard to safeguard the driver when the rotor is in operation. The hitches, which are also standard fittings, allow the mower to be used with any type of tractor. HYDRAULIC SHIFT KIT FOR FLAIL MOWERS, SERIES TL AND TM It can be applied to all models of TL and TM series, 1200 to 1900 mm long. This hydraulic shift kit is an actual optional accessory to be ordered with the machine or separately. The kit makes the machine particularly agile on any kind of ground for easy mowing, even in areas difficult to reach.
