Due to the structural characteristics of the materials of which they are made, these rollers are used for motor-driven conveyor in combined systems of handling and stockpiling of light, medium-heavy and heavy packages in normal, dusty, corrosive, and also humid and warm environments.They are made of clamped or monobloc base rollers with steel tube, crown and simple double steel pinions, aligned on the tube or at one end of the jacket.

Steel rollers with the jacket consisting of tube and bearing mounting head rigidly coupled by welding.Monobloc steel rollers are used in conveyors with medium, heavy or very heavy loads. Depending on their application, the rollers have specific shapes for connection to the structure. This need is particularly noticeable in the production of gravity and motor-driven conveyors.For the correct installation of steel idlers, refer to the “Fixing rollers to structures” section on page 11.For the correct installation of motor-driven rollers, refer to the “Fixing rollers to structures” section on page 68. The diagrams and Table 60 show the shapes of the ends of the axles envisaged in TECNORULLI production’s “Monobloc steel rollers” programme.On request, other forms of connections and rollers with hubs can be considered.

Due to the characteristics of the materials of which they are made, these rollers are used in conveyors operating in highly corrosive environmental conditions.With a state-of-the-art manufacture, they possess the requisites of the specifications for steel rollers on page 4. Operating temperature: 10 ÷ +50 [°C].

PVC-STEEL cylindrical and tapered rollers with one or two grooves rolled on the steel tube, driven by round belt links in series or individually connected to a transmission bar activated by the motor unit. PVC and PVC-STEEL rollers with flat or toothed polyamide resin PA or steel ACC pulley driven by tangential belt or belt links in series. The diagrams and tables on page 86 show the dimensional characteristics and minimum and maximum lengths of manufacture. The rollers for flat or toothed belts are produced in the following versions: with pinion integral to the jacket for continuous transport; with friction pulley for stockpiling transport and in the connection of machines operating at different speeds.

Monobloc steel rollers are used in belt conveyors with medium, heavy or very heavy loads. They are mounted on pre-lubricated angular or radial ball bearings protected with double-labyrinth dust seals. Clamped steel rollers are used in belt conveyors with limited or medium-heavy loads. The diagrams and tables on page 34 show the dimensional characteristics and maximum loads. Operating temperature:-10 ÷ +90 [°C].

FREE ROLLER CONVEYORS DIAMETER MM. 60 AND PITCH MM. 80 FOR PALLETS The free roller conveyors P80 are characterized by a rollers diameter of mm. 60 mm and pitch mm. 80 and are the ideal solution when handling pallets, containers with reduced base and standard pallets with cross feed. They consist of a robust structure coated steel profile, with fixable supports and adjustable feet. The rollers are of high quality made of galvanized steel. Rotation on shielded ball bearings with permanent lubrication. The roller conveyors are built according to the scale, size and characteristics of packages to be handled.

Roller conveyors extensible with metal rollers for handling boxes, cassettes and packages with a flat base. They are normally positioned at the outlet of packaging machines and taping machines for the accumulation of packages and allow to realize different forms of route with curves up to 180 ° (depends on the length of the roller conveyor). The roller conveyors are equipped with supports with wheels with brakes and they are easily extendable and resealable, they can thus be moved and stretched, taking up very little space when not used. The movement of the boxes occurs by gravity and the box stopper terminal (included) avoid the fall. The roller conveyors with width mm. 800 are equipped with central pantograph to make the structure more robust. Standard supports are adjustable in height from mm. 650 to mm. 900 but on request you can have supports with height mm. 450-650 (same cost) or mm. 950-1250 with increase.

MODEL RG - FREE ROLLER-COATED DIAMETER 32 MM - PITCH 40 MM FOR SMALL AND FRAGILE PACKAGES Free rollers conveyors that consist of sturdy painted steel 2 mm thick, 50x25 mm tubular support, legs fixable on floor and adjustable in height, 32 mm diameter steel rollers coated with rubber, rotating on ball bearings (8mm axle). The versions with a width of 1000 mm consist of a 2-roller axis with central support. This solution allows to have a greater flow rate that reaches up to 90 Kg/m.

Idler roller conveyors made of a sturdy structure in painted steel, supports with adjustable and height-adjustable feet, galvanized steel rollers with rotation on shielded ball bearings. In this position a convenient and economic box holder has been installed and allows the operator to lock and fill the box in comfort. Once the filling is complete, the operator can detach the box by simply pushing it forward.

EXTENDABLE MOTORIZED ROLLER CONVEYORS SERIES REM The motorized extensible roller conveyors are designed for moving boxes and packages with flat surfaces. They are normally positioned in automatic lines and used for the accumulation of the boxes. They are equipped with legs with wheels and are easily extendable and closable. They can then be moved and stretched, taking up very little space when not in use. Series of roller conveyors with pantograph painted steel structure equipped with wheels with brakes, galvanized steel rollers diameter mm. 50, variable wheelbase based on the extension of the roller conveyor, Supports adjustable galvanized steel with height mm. 650/850, gear motors with start / stop switch (for each module). MM 50 - PITCH MM. 75 FOR MEDIUM AND LARGE PACKAGES Roller conveyors consist of a sturdy structure profiled in painted steel, with supports legs fixable to the floor and adjustable in height, rollers in galvanized steel with rotation on shielded ball bearings. The roller conveyors are built according to the capacity and size of the boxes to be handled.

The semi-automatic capper model 'TSP' is suitable for applying aluminum (or plastic) screw caps to glass bottles. This semi-automatic machine is made of stainless steel and features a pneumatic bottle lifting system. The caps are manually placed on the bottle, while the operation cycle is activated with 2 buttons on the side of the machine. The machine operates electrically with a contactor and CE-compliant safety guards. After the cap is threaded and sealed, the platen automatically descends, allowing the removal of the capped bottle and replacing it with another to be closed. The capping head has 4 stainless steel rollers and comes with a No-Cap No-Roll safety device, suitable for all types of closures, including Stelvin 30x60 caps. It is suitable for all standard bottle sizes ranging from 25cl to 150cl. A magnetic friction head is available for pre-threaded plastic caps or twist-off caps. Production capacity: approximately 600 bottles per hour.

These cappers are designed for closing aluminum or plastic screw caps, or crown caps, on cylindrical or shaped bottles. Caps feeding is done using a centrifugal, rotary, or vibratory feeder, and the transfer of the caps is achieved through a descending channel that ends with the distribution head. The stainless steel threading heads with 4 rollers (with 'no cap/no roll' device) allow for excellent threading and capping of a wide range of caps. Clamped or monobloc steel rollers mounted on pre-lubricated and protected radial ball bearings.The externally threaded axle protrudes from one end of the tube only. They are vertically mounted, with a guiding and sliding function, in gravity or motor-driven conveyors.The technical characteristics of Series 6 rollers are those of the relative base rollers.

They are used in gravity and motor-driven conveyors for guiding and keeping pallets and packages in general in line.The flanges may be made of bolted aluminum UNI 4514, bracketed and tightened on the tube according to the installation to be achieve, or of welded sheet steel, pressure keyed on the tube and joined by continuous welding.See diagrams and tables.

Steel clamped and monobloc idlers with double cylindrical tube or conical tube.They are used in the production of gravity or push curves. Curves with rollers are used to deflect the straight running direction of the package in a circular direction.Their opening angle α° is normally 45°, 90° or 180°.Depending on the flow of material running clockwise or anticlockwise, they are named right or left.In the production of curves with idlers, the following types of rollers can be used:_ individual cylindrical rollers mounted in radially staggered fashion (base-idlers)

Steel rollers or with polyamide resin sectors driven by tangential chain or chain with links in series.The jacket is composed of an austenitic stainless steel tube AISI 304 (on request, AISI 316, etc. …) with a constant thickness or cylindrical polyamide resin sectors reinforced with glass microspheres. The axle is made of drawn austenitic stainless steel round AISI 303 (on request. AISI 304, AISI 316, etc. …) They are used in motor-driven conveyors and in motor-driven conveyors for stockpiling with medium-high loads and medium speeds, in bad environmental conditions.In order to facilitate installation, TECNORULLI provides brackets for mounting on the structure. The diagrams and tables on pages 66 and 67 show the dimensional characteristics and minimum and maximum lengths of manufacture. The rollers are produced in the following versions: with pinion integral to the jacket for continuous transport; with pinion clutch for stockpiling transport and in connection of machines operating at different speeds.

Steel clamped or monobloc rollers mounted on pre-lubricated and protected radial ball bearings.The externally threaded shaft protrudes from only one end of the tube.In belt conveyors, they are vertically mounted in pairs at the edges of the rubber matting, with the function of restricting any lateral slipping. They are installed on self-centring stations with the same function.The technical characteristics of Series 6 rollers are those of the relative base rollers.Other finishes, see page 30.

They consist of two steel clamped or monobloc rollers mounted on a single “V”-folded shaft. They have the upper bearing mounting heads with hermetic closure and the lower ones, with protruding shaft, with labyrinth dust protection. The shaft is locked in the housing of the central bracket.The latter, with a base plate fitted with mounting holes, is made of cold-formed steel sheet.They are used in concave belt conveyors that operate, even in bad environmental conditions, at medium-high speed, with medium loads and sizes.

Garland roller sets are used in belt conveyors that have to handle blunt, bulky, heavy materials. The increased containment capacity of the roller basin facilitates higher speed of transport than those of traditional stations. For upper stations in current use installations, garland sets with 3 and 5 steel or rubberised impact rollers are mounted; for lower stations, garland sets with 2 steel rollers or with scraping rubber rings are mounted. The flexibility of garland sets enables their adaptation to the material to be transported, facilitates transportation, reduces impacts on the rollers, and limits any lateral slipping of the rubber matting. The diagrams and Table 90 show the shapes of mountings of garland sets envisaged in TECNORULLI’s production programme. Other shapes may be considered on request.

Due to the structural characteristics of the materials of which they are made, these rollers are used in belt conveyors in handling systems for bulk, humid or sticky materials, in normal, aggressive environments; operating temperature also low. As lower rollers (return) because they prevent the accumulation of material carried by the band, the field of application is specifically on the steel tubes; they thus favour linear and jolt-free running of the rubber matting. They consist of clamped or monobloc base rollers with steel tube and special anti-abrasive rubber rings pressure-aligned on the jacket.
