The drying tunnel is used to remove residual water on the external surface of bottles or jars after the filling or pasteurization process. Main construction features include: - Linear stainless steel bottle conveyor belt with adjustable side guides - Structure entirely made of stainless steel, mounted on height-adjustable supports - Upper housing for high-pressure blowing turbines, in stainless steel with sound-absorbing panels - Fully openable plexiglass doors for adjustment of the blowing blades - High-pressure blowing turbines, without the use of electric resistors for low consumption * Specifically designed terminal blades to achieve adequate air force and compression * Adjustable height and inclination of the blowing blades for adaptation to different containers (bottles, jars, cans).

Sound absorbing box The sound-absorbing box covers a wide range of use and it is carefully designed to effectively achieve noise attenuation of each type of fan. The external structure is entirely composed of galvanized panels and sound absorbing material which allows a considerable reduction of sound energy. Benefits The structure is composed with galvanized-sheets panels, coated with soundproof material. The panels are smontable, in order to allow inspections inside the structure. The soundproof-material is composed with by wool rock. Standard equipment Anti-vibration joints for connection from the fan to the box

The panels have standard dimensions with heights ranging from mm 1000/1 250/1 500 and lengths from mm 2950/3950; they can be made to be housed inside HE12O/1 40/1 60 profiles. The panel frame consists of horizontal and vertical beams with different insertion sections of mm 100 for HE 160 profile, mm 80 for HE 140 profile and mm 60 for HE 120 profile; The 20mm-thick rear side, representing the sound-insulating part of the barrier, consists of a battened or tongue&grooved matchboard. Inside the panel sound-absorbing material - mineral wool - with density 90 kg/mc, thickness 50 mm, supported by wooden pads to create an inner tube suitable to enhance the acoustic features: the sound-absorbing material is protected by a green or black smoke- and UV-resistant silicone net with 90% fine weft. The front face has slats for aesthetic/wool keeping purposes, which can be mounted diagonally, vertically or horizontally. An "EPDM" seal is fitted on the vertical sides of the panel front to lock

with expanded clay or with mineral wood fibres The factors that mostly affect the efficiency of acoustic barriers are sound-insulation linked to the masses involved and sound-absorption linked to the porosity and shape of the materials. The noise barrier consists of two layers, one of normal reinforced concrete with a density of 2200-2400 kg/mc, having a supporting function, one of light porous concrete with a density of 900-1100kg/mc. FIP and TECNOACUSTICA offer a noise barrier consisting of a 100mm-thick prefabricated structure of self-stable reinforced concrete and a Greek-fretted facade made of lightweight concrete panels with expanded clay and/or mineral wood fibres for a total thickness of 120mm.
The standard length of panels is 292 cm, which permits a typical centre distance of 3 metres. In terms of height, standard measurements of individual panels are 1.5 metres and 2 metres. Panels are fitted onto metal frames that are dimensioned so as to withstand the stress resulting fro
