Machines designed for energetic cleaning of materials with a strong presence of soil and clay. Thanks to the high residence time and the particular configuration of the washing chamber, our barrel scrubbers ensure optimal washing of material. The counter-current progression of material ensures a high degree of cleaning of the aggregate. The inner lining can be made of anti-wear plate, rubber or polyurethane. In some particular applications, these machines also guarantee an excellent separation of organic materials present in the aggregates such as wood, leaves, pine needles, etc..

We produce transportation and storage plants for any type of bulk material: from aggregates, to plant biomass waste, cereals, up to milling and food. Conveyor belts with rubber mats, metal plate conveyors, redlers, bucket elevators, screw conveyors, silos and hoppers of various shapes and capacities. With the experience gained over the years, we can design and construct conveyors for the most demanding applications such as waste from differentiated MSW collection, RDF and ash from incinerators, as well as for m ore traditional uses such as the transportation of sands or gravels.

This expansion joint is suitable to absorb longitudinal and transverse displacements of the decks with span up to 25 metres and covering gaps of up to 50 mm. It consists of: • anchoring system consisting of steel anchor clamps (anchor rods) of suitable dimensions and section; • CNR 10018/85-compliant reinforced rubber elements, to be fixed to the slabs, consisting of central bridging plate and two steel bearing elements, subject to prior laying of epoxy resin bedding; • hypalon gutter, fixed to the two slab heads by epoxy plaster. Expansion joint made of: CNR 10018/85-compliant modular reinforced rubber pads consisting of two plates vulcanized to a rubber gap cover of seal and disposal of surface waters; mechanical anchoring system made of steel rawl bolts or multidirectional clamps and anchor rods or threaded bars, depending on site requirements; hypalon gutter; "L"-shaped stainless steel profile for under pavement waters drainage; epoxy mortar strips connecting the joint elements and the bituminous pavement.
