In this position a convenient and economic box holder has been installed and allows the operator to lock and fill the box in comfort. Once the filling is complete, the operator can detach the box by simply pushing it forward.

Straight brackets made of cold-formed sheet steel, fitted with housing for supporting the roller axle.The choice of brackets to be welded or secured by screws depends on the type of roller to be supported and the installation to be achieved.See diagrams and tables.

FREE ROLLER CONVEYORS DIAMETER MM. 60 AND PITCH MM. 80 FOR PALLETS The free roller conveyors P80 are characterized by a rollers diameter of mm. 60 mm and pitch mm. 80 and are the ideal solution when handling pallets, containers with reduced base and standard pallets with cross feed. They consist of a robust structure coated steel profile, with fixable supports and adjustable feet. The rollers are of high quality made of galvanized steel. Rotation on shielded ball bearings with permanent lubrication. The roller conveyors are built according to the scale, size and characteristics of packages to be handled.

MOTORIZED ROLLER DIAMETER MM. 60 PITCH MM. 80 FOR HANDLING PALLETS We realize motorized rollers conveyors with diameter mm. 60 and pitch mm. 80. They consist of a sturdy frame in painted steel and supports with fixable feet, adjustable height. The high-quality rollers are made of galvanized steel with rotation on shielded ball bearings and complete with pinions or sprockets. The transmission is a chain loops or tangential chain. The geared motors groups have suitable power with start/stop switches or photocells control. Normally the rollers have an useful width of mm. 800-1000-1200-1500 and module length of modules mm. 2000-3000. Ideal solution when handling pallets, containers with reduced base and standard pallets with cross feed.

They are normally positioned at the outlet of packaging machines and taping machines for the accumulation of packages and allow to realize different forms of route with curves up to 180 ° (depends on the length of the roller conveyor). The roller conveyors are equipped with supports with wheels with brakes and they are easily extendable and resealable, they can thus be moved and stretched, taking up very little space when not used. The movement of the boxes occurs by gravity and the box stopper terminal (included) avoid the fall. The roller conveyors with width mm. 800 are equipped with central pantograph to make the structure more robust. Standard supports are adjustable in height from mm. 650 to mm. 900 but on request you can have supports with height mm. 450-650 (same cost) or mm. 950-1250 with increase.

MODEL RG - FREE ROLLER-COATED DIAMETER 32 MM - PITCH 40 MM FOR SMALL AND FRAGILE PACKAGES Free rollers conveyors that consist of sturdy painted steel 2 mm thick, 50x25 mm tubular support, legs fixable on floor and adjustable in height, 32 mm diameter steel rollers coated with rubber, rotating on ball bearings (8mm axle). The versions with a width of 1000 mm consist of a 2-roller axis with central support. This solution allows to have a greater flow rate that reaches up to 90 Kg/m.

It can be realized in economic manner and with reduced overall dimensions with roller conveyors curves up to 180 °. This type of roller conveyors are an economical solution to the problem of handling boxes and packs along 90 ° or 180 ° paths, avoiding the use of more expensive pneumatic diverters. The idle 90 ° curves can be combined to obtain 180 ° curves, and allow you to create packaging lines even in confined spaces, thanks to their small footprint. They have widths of 500-650-800 mm and can be equipped with metal wheels with a diameter of 48 mm, or metal rollers with a diameter of 32 or 48. The metal wheels, thanks to their particular smoothness, allow the advancement of the boxes also with a minimum inclination.

PNEUMATIC TURNING DEVICE WITH FREE ROLLERS 90F MODEL. DIVERT BOXES BY 90°. Pneumatic turning device with free rollers conveyor, complete of stop barrier including sensor and pneumatic pusher with cylinder of 50 mm for expulsion of boxes at 90°. The metal structure is painted while the other components is provided with galvanized finish. The pneumatic pusher is activated by a box hitting the stop barrier, changing its direction of 90°. Usually it used in cascading lines.

Box weighing system to be integrated in manual idle lines When the box is positioned on the weighing station, the operator can read and check the weight of the products inserted in the box before placing it on the pallet and thus avoid errors or returns of the goods. In this way the operator can view the result of the weighing on the weight indicator without having to lift the packages to weigh them. The weight indicator is usually installed on a vertical post clamped to the structure of the roller conveyor. In this way the indicator remains positioned vertically and it is very easy for the operator to read the weight. The standard version foresees the installation of the basic DFWL indicator. On request it is possible to install the 7-key indicator also with DFWKPXP printer. The rollers used for the roller conveyors have a diameter of 50 mm and a pitch of 75 mm

PNEUMATIC CENTERING DEVICE WITH MOTORIZED ROLLERS (MOD. CP-FM) MANUFACTURERS VERSION Feeder - centering device useful for centering boxes max width mm. 650 and max weight kg. 50. Can be combined with automatic taping and labeling machines. The box centering machine mod. CP-FM consists of a motorized roller conveyor and two pneumatically operated side guides. The metal parts are painted with epoxy powder while the other components are galvanized. The pneumatic centering device with motorized rollers is a module for builders to be completed and adapted to an automatic line. It is available in two versions: Manufacturers version and "plug and play" version: In the "manufacturers" version, the centering device is supplied complete with: - Motorized roller conveyor with start and stop button and emergency mushroom, at a fixed speed of 15 meters / minute - Pneumatic tail lifts and compressed air system up to the gate movement management valve.

TAPING MACHINE MOD. FP 9036 WITH MANUAL ADJUSTMENT AND 2 LATERAL DRIVE BELTS The taping machines series FP9036 and FP9037 are used in semiautomatic lines for the quick and safe closure of boxes using adhesive tape. The two taping heads simultaneously apply a strip of tape above and below the box. Depending on the size of the boxes (height and width), the operator must adjust the taping machine using handy handwheels. In the FP9036 model the structure of the machine body is in painted steel sheet and the cartons are dragged through 2 side drive belts. The machine is complete with 2 idle roller conveyors attached to the taping machine with length mm. 400 (for loading and unloading). It is equipped with wheels with brakes.

Wrapping machines with rotating ring series RING BOX EVO with automatic hook/cut of the film automatic and manual advancement, for the packaging with stretch film of sections, bars, boards and products with elongated shape. Practical and economical, allow to lower operating costs thanks to low consumption of energy and materials. The introduction of the products to be packaged is manual and is made by sliding them on a idle roller conveyor. By a foot pedal, is carried out the winding of the film on the product to the desired time; at the end of the cycle, with a slight movement of the pack, is obtained the cold-cutting of the film. All operations are controlled by PLC.

WEIGHING BARS FPPMB SERIES - INDICATOR EXCLUDED Pair of weighing bars suitable for weighing boxes or pallets such as hoppers, conveyor belts, roller conveyors, tanks, crates, etc. They can be applied in packaging lines for weighing boxes and pallets pre-filled with material. Due to the characteristics of the materials of which they are made, these rollers are used in conveyors operating in highly corrosive environmental conditions.With a state-of-the-art manufacture, they possess the requisites of the specifications for steel rollers on page 4. Steel clamped or monobloc rollers mounted on pre-lubricated and protected radial ball bearings.The externally threaded shaft protrudes from only one end of the tube.In belt conveyors, they are vertically mounted in pairs at the edges of the rubber matting, with the function of restricting any lateral slipping. They are installed on self-centring stations with the same function.The technical characteristics of Series 6 rollers are those of the relative base rollers.Other finishes, see page 30.

They consist of two steel clamped or monobloc rollers mounted on a single “V”-folded shaft. They have the upper bearing mounting heads with hermetic closure and the lower ones, with protruding shaft, with labyrinth dust protection. The shaft is locked in the housing of the central bracket.The latter, with a base plate fitted with mounting holes, is made of cold-formed steel sheet.They are used in concave belt conveyors that operate, even in bad environmental conditions, at medium-high speed, with medium loads and sizes.

Garland roller sets are used in belt conveyors that have to handle blunt, bulky, heavy materials. The increased containment capacity of the roller basin facilitates higher speed of transport than those of traditional stations. For upper stations in current use installations, garland sets with 3 and 5 steel or rubberised impact rollers are mounted; for lower stations, garland sets with 2 steel rollers or with scraping rubber rings are mounted. The flexibility of garland sets enables their adaptation to the material to be transported, facilitates transportation, reduces impacts on the rollers, and limits any lateral slipping of the rubber matting. The diagrams and Table 90 show the shapes of mountings of garland sets envisaged in TECNORULLI’s production programme. Other shapes may be considered on request.
