The "Reinforced Thermal Block" is a new building block composed of two vibropressed concrete sheets separated by a suitably shaped (EPS) polystyrene core of variable thickness depending on the required insulation. The concrete sheets are joint by four galvanized steel connectors of Ø 23 mm, which make the block a single body. This insulating block may be used for Infill walls of residential and commercial buildings; Infill of prefabricated industrial buildings or on site castings

Telestrand™ Flex roving offers a compelling solution for impregnated glass fiber reinforcement (IGFR) used as peripheral reinforcement. The Multimat®, Multimat® Lite and Multicore® fabrics are designed for stretchability, high compression resistance that help fast wet out and high mechanical properties; as well as good permeability, high conformability that helps surface aspect and enables various part thickness.

Profiles are obtained with the pultrusion technology which, by allowing to use a very high percentage of fibreglass, guarantees high mechanical performance. Standard profiles are made of isophthalic resin. On request they can be produced using other resins to meet specific customer needs. The standard colours are grey (RAL 7035) or yellow (RAL 1018). All profiles are finished with a polyester surface veil which, since impregnated with a large quantity of resin, seals the profile surface, ensuring the protection from UV rays and atmospheric agents and preventing the fibreglass from blooming. The high mechanical performance, lightness, ease of processing, resistance to chemical and atmospheric agents of the profiles, allow to create versatile and long lasting structures.

FRP gratings are made of polyester or vinylester resin, fibreglass and inorganic halogen-free fillers that provide the self-extinguishing properties. They are supplied with anti-slip surfaces of varying levels, classified and certified according to the DIN 51130 standard (determination of the anti-slip properties). Gratings are certified as durable product whose mechanical performance is not affected by the cycles of hot/cold e humidity exposure in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9142 standard; they have also passed the aging resistance test with cycles of UV exposure in accordance with the ASTM G154 standard; they are supplied with self-extinguishing properties in accordance with EN13501, ASTM E84, ASTM D635, DIN 4102, NFP 92-507 standards. They are tested and classified as excellent electrical insulators.

Neoarm structural bearings in general are used if the span of the beam does not exceed 20 m, if rotations are not extreme, if displacements are small and horizontal thrusts are limited. Nevertheless, they are sometimes made in large dimensions. By vulcanizing a wedge-shaped steel plate to the upper surface of the rubber, it is possible to install this type of bearing under beams of considerable slope. Notes: Even if elastomeric bearings are designed to consider shear movements, they should not be used to oppose permanent resistance against an external shear force applied on a constant basis.
