To make a product such as jeans on an industrial scale takes impeccable organisation and flexible management of production lines, huge attention to detail and respect for deadlines. Our flexible structures and computerised management of the majority of processes allow us to follow the entire production cycle in house, from studying the product and making prototypes and samples, to developing the washes and handling the client’s final order. We have over 22,000 sq m of production space in the Marche region, located between Urbania and Fermignano, and a platform in Romania, specialised in various product types.

With the availability of our printers, we are able to create prototypes of finished products using 3D printing technology, eliminating the need to produce expensive pilot molds. Our printing technology offers a resolution of 28 microns, ensuring precise details and high-quality results in the prototypes we develop.
